Ambergris or Sitel???need help!!!!!Please!!

ei peeps!!! ambergris or sitel? need ur help guys.. im currently employed wit ambergris and ive been with this company for more than a yr now...but i have a job offer in sitel for a pioneering batch ( MAJOR US CREDT CARD )daw!!!!...anu sa palagay nyo? go ba ko sa sitel? maganda ba dun?:confused:

base on my experience...sitel told us na batch 1 daw for xm radio kme tapos malaman laman namin na batch 10 na pala kme. daming batch 1 nun di ba. di ba maganda naman sa amber? well, if management din lang i would pretty bet that amber has a better management strategy than sitel.

If you were to compare Sitel with Amber.....Amber kasi is maraming Teambuildings and maganda benefits nila ...... Im currently employed with Amber under DFS account and me teambuilding na kami agad ......

With Sitel naman maganda din ang pay actually when i resigned HR asked me if im interested to work with Paypal Account that was last April 17 but with my supervisors recommendation but i dont think ill pass that....my previous account was XM too until i was transferred to Tech. but i have nothing against the management tao naman silang kausap
maganda samahan sa Sitel start palang ng foundation namin we were like a family na unlike other trainings na me factions pag wala kang ka group out of place ka talaga... kaya nga when i resigned sobrang depressed ako to the point na my mom accompanied me to Ateneo (CEFAM) to have counselling she was worried kasi im not telling her what my plans are after Sitel ..... i was not really talking

Well anyways i suggest that you stick with the company naumpisahan mo na eh ..... Love your work because thats your bread and butter.... : )

chic i totally agree with you. i was with sitel for only a month and it was a blast. iwas with xm radio din.. i think they have the best FOUNDAATION training. best foundation training.. though im no longer with SITEL, sure its the better comp compared to amber.. i agree with chic its hard leavin..
i also tried Amber after Sitel.. no offense pero sa contract signin p lang..haay. mas mababa salary tapos nun training.. kakawalang gana.. the trainer is not that. good..tapos yon salary sa 1st month hahatiin pa.. sus.hehe
now i'm with PS.. the best compared to these 2..hehe

di naman po :rolleyes: ..... my mom just asked me if i need someone to talk to pwede sa CEFAM so i said yes .... some people kasi when they look for a job theyre after naman kasi for pay which is shallow para sa kin ...... what if youre not even worth it? tapos youre aiming for high salaries? What if youre employed with the company nga you had so many friends tapos other company wants to hire with a higher pay compared to what youre receiving now? what will you say? Yes? Muhang pera ka nga haha ...... kaya nga sabi ko "ok just one last chance i wont let go of this job kung talagang wala na talaga akong chance na makabalik dun" so yun im with Amber na Financial Account pa ko which is madali sa kin kasi im a BA grad :)

ei thnks sa mga ngbigay ng opinion re my question....tnx ****... wala *** its really hard for me to decide.. knowing na konti *** naman difference ng pay sa sitel sa nakukuha ko evry month sa amber.kyalng.. feeling ko *** hndi nako ganun kasaya sa amber coz aside from the fact na mahirap ang accnt namin...badtrip pa ko sa boss ko... well kung *** accnt lang kaya ko naman nkatagal nga ako 1 yr.. but the thing is un nga badtrip *** boss ko may favoritism ang tindi ng politika sa ofis...well *****.. since mganda naman ata ng feedback nyo sa sitel so try ko na *** *****...mas malaki opportunity for career growth kasi pioneering batch so il just try my luck.. and tnx again wish me luck!*okay*

hi well i agree with u and ok naman sana nga sa amber kahit mejo maliit ang pay but re teambuilding ako sa more than a yr ng stay ko sa amber once *** *** nag team bldg and hndi pa masaya coz sobrang epal talaga ng boss ko...can u imagine that? isang beses lang ang team bldg? haay ***** kanya kanya lang yan.. depende sa TC na mappuntahan mo... nagkataon lang na malas kami sa TC....ganun **** ang buhay!!! pero facilities wise ok ang amber LCD pa ang monitors namin.. may smoking area pa *** unlike sa ibang kolcenters na kelangan mo pa lumabas ng bldg *** mkapag yosi.. ehehe.. importante kasi sating mga callcenter peeps ang yosi diba?!!hehe...mababait din mga tao sa amber.. marami ding mga tc na mababait.. but not my TC!!!!... :mecry: so kung may iba pa mkakapag bigay ng opinion nila kung anu pipiliin ko? amber or sitel..... pls do so... tnx a lot!!!:grrr:

wait nga anong account ka ba? Tech ka ba? sa Dell o sa Xbox?
Wag ka na lang kaya umalis ok naman sa Amber eh .... magpalipat ka na lang ng account sayang naman yung 1 year mong stay sa company mag DFS ka or CAG suggestion lang ha ... pero ikaw pa rin yung final decision when you apply with Sitel youll undergo training again Foundation to product training, 1 month din yun tsaka nasa company ka eh Though mahirap mag apply sa Sitel compared sa Amber kasi sa Sitel if you pass the application process me Foundation sila and me elimination sila 6 ang di na nagpatuloy sa min
Ambergris kasi walang elimination ..... ang alam ko freeze hiring sa Sitel

yes you still have to undergo Foundation Training but you have to pass the certification before you will be endorsed to product training ...

ok ill give you ideas pero me bayad na to ha? lol ... sa ano kasi kami sa May K Learning Center (Felina Bldg just across Epixtar) they are not really a part of Sitel .... strict sila sa attendance if youre absent during the foundation papupuntahin ka na nila sa HR .....

1. Recitation/Participation
2. Vocabulary Tests
3. Listening Exams (me sasabihin ang instructor like address/ phone number and you have to write it down correctly
4. Communication Skills (youll be wearing a headset and you have to say anything .... your hobbies, interests, etc. tinitingnan nila yung pagiging sponteanous plus of course the confidence mo 90 ata passing i forgot)
4. Phone Simulations (first is graded practice, midterms and finals)

Passing overall is 85 if just in case you did not meet the passing grade as long as its 80-84 you can still retake the simulation pero wala kang certificate and you will be endorsed sa Product Training na but if your final score is below 80 then .....yun na yun.*okay* okie dokie?
