Some people refer to RESIGN instead of being FIRED. So what if you're being fired... is there life after being fired? And.. firing an agent in a callcenter is rare... is it true? :bashful:

if you got yourself into trouble and you know they'll eventually can your ***, the trick is to resign before they even get a chance to fire you. having a termination on your employment record is never a good thing. of course you'll still get employment elsewhere, but with limited options/chances.

Pero pag hindi maingat or wala sa lugar ang pag terminate sa iyo, you can sue the company for all it's worth. Kahit sa settlement lang pwede ka nang mag retire.

Kaso ingat ka rin kasi if a company decides to terminate you, most probably the company has all the evidence and proof to back up that deicsion. As in paulit-ulit ni-review yan at pinag isipan yung decision way up to higher levels of management..

My friend got fired, she was a victim of politics within the company (which I prefer not to mention) At first, we thought that's gonna be the "end" of her career, eventually not all companies stereotype all those who got terminated from their previous job without any valid and grave reason. She's still in the call center industry, and in a better company with less politics ^___^

True enough. But what are the valid reasons for you to give for them to 'let you go' without letting them know you wanted to slowly 'get out of the scene' on the trouble you did?
