What if you signed a job offer then suddenly changed your mind because you got a better offer? binding contract na ba yun?

are you talking about convergys? they are the callcenter that i've heard of doing this - after the final interview or whatever you have to do to pass they immediately offer you your contract. what if you have other offers on the wing right? thats why I never bothered trying it there. My friend got stuck with them and had to turn down a better offer just because of this.

it actually is a risk on your part. One thing that got us worried (me and the friend i was talking about) is the possibility that the company is a member of the CCAP and he would be black listed on all member companies. I do have one office mate right now who also came from Convergys and he told me he left them after the training still way inside the bond period. He just did not include the company in his resume.

Btw does your contract include a bond? Have you studied it completely specially on termination of said contract? It does help to read the fine print sometimes

hahahaha. i almost fell for this one too. i finished the entire screening process sa C1 tapos job offer agad. i deferred it kasi sabi ko i wanna have other options and ill still tell my parents about it.

at ngayong binabalikan ko na sila, aba two weeks pa raw ang hihintayin ko? :rotflmao: kaloka sila. maiwan nga. hahaha...

pero OnT: wag padalus dalos pumirma. coz yes, its binding all right.

remember this:

CONTRACTS are made to protect the employee rather than the employer. So what, if you decided to go out? they cant make ya stay if you don't want to. and if they are enforcing the so-called "clause", tell them that you won't work in another call center and ask them to pay ya tha money equivalent to tha terms in tha contract. alangan namang wala kayong "chow" for example, one year???
