just wanna ask someone about essay type exam during call center application what topic do they usually give for the aspiring agents??

and if they really do give essay type exam,,,thank u so mch..

I just want to be prepared....

depends on the call center but most of them would ask what you know about the company, how do you see yourself after 5-10 years, what are your short term and long term goals, what are your priorities, do you have plans to go back to school, what are your achievements, whats the hardest decision you've made....

think like ..... you're a candidate for a beauty pageant and the show is currently on the Q&A portion
