punta lang kayo FESTIVAL SUPERMALL then then malapit lang dun yung ang NORTHGATE CYBERZONE or ask na lang yung mga Guard dun or once na nakita niyo yung BELLEVUE Hotel or WILCON DEPOT yun na yun. Ayun sa nakausap kong headhunters, ang pinaka-available daw a posisyon na nirequest sa kanila ay L1 techsupport. Ang qoute sa akin ay Php12,500 starting. Di kasi ata pwedeng magqoute ng premium yung headhunters eh at wala pa daw request sa kanila for L2 positions...

sad to say..12k din *** quote nila sakin nung nag apply ako sa kanila plus 3k meal/transpo allowance. I guess it depends on your experience din. Training will be held in Libis and then maaassign daw ako either sa Libis or Makati site nila since di pa nga daw operational *** sa Alabang site nila. *** pa daw definite news kung kelan talaga maglalagay ng agents sa alabang. Di ko na tinuloy kasi sa alabang talaga gusto ko.. :(

Well, sorry if am not that specific it because the headhunters was not that specific as well...

I meant L1 as the L0 in etel. Or the very entry level position for techsupport. Its just unusual to have Level 0 as the startng point and not 1, like the counting numbers... :bop:

what I would recommend is to wait for the bldg to be finished and to apply directly to etel. kapag nakatayo na ang bldg nila dun, di na nila tyo maitatanggi... Magagaling pa naman tyo, di ba mga PeXers???

level 0 is yes, the entry level. w/ no exp.

automatically, you'll be a L1 after regularization OR L2 (skipping L1) if you have an outstanding performance during your probationary period.

hello po...kumuha po ko ng exam nung friday sa Etelecare Alabang, pero di ako masyado pinalad na maipasa yung written at oral exam nila.

Tanong ko lang po pwede pa po ba akong mgpasa ng resume, kahit na nakakuha na po ako ng exam? o meron po silang sinusunod na...kasi di ba po sa ibang kompanya e, 6 months po bago ka uli mag apply at kumuha ng exam sa kompanya nila. 6 months din po ba bago uli ako mgapply sa company nila...kailan po ako pwede mgpass ng resume uli at kumuha ng exam?

i heard 10k lang daw basic **, is it true?

yup. 10 k lang basic salary for outbound plus 3k allowance plus 30% night diff plus comission and 10% quarterly bonus.

for customer service **** 12 k ang basic plus 3 k allowance plus 30%night diff and 25% quarterly bonus.

d ko na sure *** sa iba pro im telling u guys na sobrang ganda ng culture nila here, 3 consecutive months ka lang magperform ng maganda, promoted ka agad. plus xempre mganda din *** medical benefits nila na ibibigay agad *** once u get hired. unlike other callcenter and companies na kelangan maregular ka muna. u can have up to 2 dependents sa healthcard mo.

big thing din na may free unlimited iced tea, cold and hot milo and kung anu-anong coffee sa pantry. spoiled mga agents nila and i heard na marame daw clang mas mgandang plan for nxt year ewan lang kung ksam jan ang salary increase. i wish!Ü
