You're right but LACKING though... 400 calls a day, yes, but i know their AHT is like 30-35 seconds? In other call centers, depending on their account, you stay in a call anywhere between 3 minutes to 3 hours (with matching irate callers pa most times).

10% night diff is definitely not the highest in the industry...but if your wise, you try to look at the COMPLETE picture. I believe Infonxx has other schemes that would actually give one a higher earning potential than many call centers...like in the form of performance cash incentives and benefits that can be converted to cash as well.

Ultimately, it depends on what motivates a person or what makes him happy, on what his/her priorities are...is it really all about the money? :p

Passing the exams, having good english accent and being conversant in the english language are some of the basic qualities that we are looking for in an applicant. Aside from these though, we are also particular with the motivation fit and culture fit of the applicant. I won't go into details on how we determine the fit of an applicant but rest assured that these are all determined during the recruitment process and our decisions are based solely on how the applicant performs during the recruitment process.

Hi Galchi, culture fit pertains to the fit of an applicant with our company. We ensure that the applicant will not have problems adjusting to the schedules, the people, the environment and the responsibilities that he/she will be exposed to once hired.

that's right, coz when I started at Infonxx as a CSR, I was only receiving around 6K gross / pay day (every 10 days) (that was way 2002 when the performance bonuses weren't established yet). Now, most of the CSRs who have good stats (only QA scores and Call Processing Time because we don't have quotas), get around 9K NET / pay day (every 10 days ang pay period) because of performance bonuses and the flexible benefits.

yup, calls average to 30-40 seconds. irate calls are very rare. callers become irate only if the csr takes too long to deliver the service. if the csr is having difficulties, or the callers are already irate, he/she already has an option to transfer to a supervisor, unless if he/she really wants to help or pacify the caller. you may call this an easy job (and it really is, because i felt like i was just "playing" computer games back then), so it definitely depends on you if this job is the right one for you. it's just a matter of finding out what suits you.

uhm, but csrs don't ask "what city and state please". there's a voice recording for it.

regarding the "higher earning potential", it equates to the amount of work and effort that you'll have to endure and give. call centers who have quotas sometimes have a higher earning potential, but look at the effort their giving in reaching those quotas. also the flexible benefits that we have contributes to that "higher earning potential" because included there are encashable monetary benefits that are tax free. if i'm not mistaken, accenture has the best benefits (not that i'm saying accenture is a call center). when we found out what their benefits are, ours are way better (especially for supervisors and managers).

i also know a former employee who is now in another call center (financial). she was offered a basic pay of around 25k but after a few months, she already wants to go back*okay*

What I know is that the Operations Dept. have their standards with regard to QA scores. Regardless if you're fresh from training or not, you have to follow their set standards. Just do your best when on the floor and don't forget to apply what you have learned in Training. :)

Sorry 'bout that but the shuttle schedules are based on the shifts since we understand that those with late night shifts and early morning shifts will have diffiiculty in getting a ride. We didn't include those whose shifts ends at 6am onwards since there are already lots of rides here in Sta. Rosa that you can take.

Also, a transport terminal will soon rise in Paseo. The rides have the same route as the rides in Balibago. :)

sa DA as far as i know..wala...aside from that...they dont hire TL's who are not home grown...even sa DOMINOS ganun din...pag TM lang sila hire external...ayaw kasi nila TM na may sungay na....hehehe...wawa nga maangas na TL's dito eh....isipin mo take ka ng calls 4hrs everyday...hehehe...kung sabagay kesa nmn mg tsmisan lang sila...hehehe....

question taga infoph ako. bakit ganon, yung mga trainers namin na taga SRCC halos lahat BIATCH! may mga attitude problem... I mean, im not bragging...ive been to previous call centers and dito lang ako nakakita ng mga trainers na "feeling" magaling walang patience sa mga trainee...nang iinsulto ng trainee...yung isa ang bilis mag change ng personality...minsan mabait, minsan masungit...matapobre...magaling lang magsalita pero hindi marunong mag train...im just asking, alam ba ni Anne ang comment sa mga trainer nya sa SRCC? bakit yung mga trainers ng MKT very patient sa mga trainee...i talked to different batches and we have the same comments...trainers from SRCC...may "air" parang nasa ivory tower...walang patience...sumisigaw sa trainee...at nag ba bang ng keyboard...Kung mahigpit sila sa agent sa floor sa pagbibigay ng warning they should also do that to their trainer...I mean being a trainer does not mean na magaling ka lang magsalita...more than anything else they should have the right attitude...most of them lacks patience...Anne should do something about this...dapat at the end of the training, trainees should be given a form for feedback so that the training department can improve the way the train people...

I mean, im not bragging...ive been to previous call centers and dito lang ako nakakita ng mga trainers na "feeling" magaling walang patience sa mga trainee...nang iinsulto ng trainee...yung isa ang bilis mag change ng personality...minsan mabait, minsan masungit...matapobre...magaling lang magsalita pero hindi marunong mag train...im just asking, alam ba ni Anne ang comment sa mga trainer nya sa SRCC? bakit yung mga trainers ng MKT very patient sa mga trainee...i talked to different batches and we have the same comments...trainers from SRCC...may "air" parang nasa ivory tower...walang patience...sumisigaw sa trainee...at nag ba bang ng keyboard...Kung mahigpit sila sa agent sa floor sa pagbibigay ng warning they should also do that to their trainer...I mean being a trainer does not mean na magaling ka lang magsalita...more than anything else they should have the right attitude...most of them lacks patience...Anne should do something about this...dapat at the end of the training, trainees should be given a form for feedback so that the training department can improve the way the train people...

true. mababaet na naman mga trainers sa makati. i like them. and so far, no complaints ako sa company. true, maliit ang sahod compared sa others pero naman, the work isn't toxic. no need to take crap and no need to pacify any irateness. not the best call center, but good naman.

Hi! dyis mil lang sa training. sa food at transpo allowance naman... Meron food allowance pag naregular ka na, kaso parang pang isang meal lang at ala pang pang extra rice. Transpo allowance naman sa makati meron pag shift mo nagsimula after 12mn or magend before 5am. 100 pesos kaso may bwis din. sa Santa rosa naman may shuttle na kaya yun na yun.:hmm:

I've been with Peoplesupport, Telus, and IBM Daksh. Ok naman silang lahat. I'll be starting my training tomorrow at Infonxx Sta Rosa since I moved back in Laguna. I just hope walang mag-mess up tomorrow. I was given a job offer last July 10th or 11th I think, I'm not quite sure. Since I needed to render the 30days of work at IBM Daksh, my orientation was rescheduled on August 4th. Umatend naman ako at nag-sign ng contract. Then coming August 7th, someone from HR called me and asking me if I still wanted to pursue my application with INFOnxx. What the?! I was surprised of course. I immediately told her that I already have a schedule for training and I alredy attended the orientation. She was surprised and told me that nobody is getting my papers from her. I asked her if there's something wrong. She immediately told me that I have nothing to worry about and just attend the training on Tuesday (which is tomorrow). Then last Aug 8th, I received a missed call from INFOnxx. I was unable to answer the call and wondering what would be the purpose of the call. Hayz... I just hope na okay lang ang lahat and there is really nothing to worry about. Hayz..........

I'm so excited na for tomorrow. Konting adjustment lang siguro ako sa salary kasi sobrang liit nga nya compared sa mga previous salaries ko.. I'm not looking up na kasi sa salary (and I'm not a hypocrite hehe). At chaka adjustment sa pagsusuot ng corpo.. Di kasi ako sanay magsuot ng corpo since sa previous companies ko, we don't need to wear business attire.. Sana maging masaya ako dito. *** mga nega sa trainers, ok lang un.. 5wiks mo lang naman sila kasama, and the rest sa production na.. Pero sana ok naman..

from what i've read here, nasa alabang & calamba lang ang shuttle service.
so u might as well go to alabang and take the shuttle kc mas malaki ang magagastos mo if you commute from san pedro to sta. rosa then tagaytay.
pero baka meron pa sila na alam na ibang route.

YES! Its the same procedure for all accounts and applicants. Dont bother yourself sending your application through email its better if you just walk in since its only a one day process.

yes, sa sta. rosa.. i wouldn't know kung one day process lang kasi when i went there 2 weeks ago, hapon na so i had to go back the following week for my final interview (last friday).. a couple of hours later after my interview, i got the result and fortunately i was hired.. if you really want to have a one day process, you can try going there early in the morning :)

I do not know if there is still hiring for non-voice account in kgb_Philippines in Sta. Rosa but based on what I've observed yesterday, the company is still entertaining walk-in applicants....for what position, that I do not know.

11K per payday is attainable. The Labor Relations Officer told us that one CSR there earns at least P25k per payday (every other Friday)....that means equal to or more than P50k a month.

I am looking forward to achieve or even surpass that kind of earning.

Palagay ko maraming bumagsak sa interview sa SMS. Yung mga nakasabay kong nag-apply at pumasa sa written exam, typing speed test noong October 10 ay huli kong nakita nung interview na...hindi ko na sila nakita sa orientation....baka bumagsak sila sa interview.

tnx babylj :) try ko na lang by january. i hope you won't mind, ask ko na din kung open kaya sila for applicants on the 1st wk. of january. (hindi ba bakasyon ang HR? ;)) and kung sa starmall alabang ba mag-a-apply, on that same day malalaman na rin ang result ng application or i still have to go to laguna? (dahil primary screening lang sa alabang :confused:)

I think January 5 mag-resume ang hiring.. post ko na lang ulit if may changes..

as far as I know, punta ka lang sa laguna pag orientation na. Exam, typing test, interview will be held at star mall, alabang. Good luck!

Si Honey kasi nag interview sakin eh, as in basic lang ang tanong, why do we have to hire you? tell me something about your self.. yun lang, no weird questions, promise! kaya depende talaga sa interviewer. Advice ko lang, relax, wag ka masyadong magmadali sa pagsagot.. Good luck ha..
