It's just common for workers like us to start a new work feeling that way. It may be due to the fact that we are still adjusting a lot with the new environment, adapting to the new culture, new sets of people to interact with, etc. Sometimes we tend to get depressed when we can't meet half our expectations at the start. It may be like we are having problems with being in a sense of belonging in the company, it's common at the start. I suggest you stick to your job. Adjustment takes time. Whenever this thing happens to me, I just psyche myself that it's better to have a job than not having at all. A thousand people outside would love to trade places with you, if they only can. And besides, being employed is cool. You could buy anything you want, go to gimmicks, etc.etc. with your own money. You're young, don't waste your youth bumming around.:)

I was 22 turning 23 when I first started working. It's still "close" to home although it's a lot cheaper if I live within the area of work. How "close" from home? Oh, just across the South China Sea. It's troublesome if one goes through Immigration and Customs, Baggage check-in, etc. just to get to work and going back home every single day - imagine how expensive that's going to be. Although, I do go visit home once a month for a weekend (or self declared long weekend).
