P&G Interviews...

I have applied at P&G through their website as a Systems Analyst as an experienced professional. I took their Global Problem Solving Test (?) last Friday and was fortunate to have passed it.

The letter given after the exam said that I should expect an interview invitation soon through email.

How many interviews will there be? Hope someone from within P&G or those in-the-know share their input about the whole application process, the company culture, salary and other benefits.

pagkakaalam ko lang mataas magbigay ng sahod at galente sa benefits ang P&G. mga babies ang mga empleyado nila dyan. 2 sa kaklase ko nung college ang empleyado dyan at iyong isa may bahay at lupa ng sarili dahil sa P&G.

Wala na talagang IT ang P&G pero mayron pa rin silang inaalagaan na hmm.. di ko alam term nila pero kung systems analyst kamo ang pinasukan mo, malamang pinaka-core ng biz nila iyong papasukan mo kaya expect na hindi gaanong technical ang work na ito.. more on processes ang ihahandle mo.

well binase ko lang ito sa kaklase kong nagwowork sa P&G.

as per the interview stage ng application, ilang ang iiexpect ko na nterview? hope someone could share their experience/s sa pag-aapply dito. Thanks!

ahh yes of course! challenging at nakakatuwa sa akin iyong pagkakadescribe ng kaibigan ko. may direct effect na kasi sa biz na P&G iyong hinahawakan nya at malamang ikaw din kasi nga iyong mga IT jobs talaga the technical aspect eh nasa HP na.. so most likely pre magugustuhan mo iyon.

I had 2 interviews before the job offer. Sadly, the offer was too late since I already accepted another offer from a different company. I also applied for an IT position then.

my friend told me that he had 3 series of interviews. 2 one-one-one and 1 panel....they will test your personality, technical skills ..something like that..fortunately he passed.. he's now working at P&G

they will ask you about what you've done in college, or in your previous work. they will test your leadership skills, personality, etc.

that is actually interesting, leadership, mental, communication. They're looking for a balance person. Not just a academic superior. :)
