I have a friend who works for a good company (sabi nila). But now he transferred to a better company after finding out that it's not so good after all.
The problem is when he checked his sss contributions online, only one payment was reflected there. He worked there for more than a year. I checked mine and my contributions from way back 2003 were there. Same goes with all of our friends.
What actions can he take?
