Hi, I know this is quite inappropriate but I need help on constructing a letter or sample letter for request for loan. Here is the case, the company I am currently working in doesnt give any salary loan or any type of loan.
So I asked our finance manager if I can borrow money, he said just make a letter addressed to our boss and put there that you will be needing "additional funds" or money and how much an how much will deducted on my salary every month for my loan.
So how would be the letter like? and thanks in advance.

Dear SUX2BÜ:
I am writing to you to seek a loan from your office for the additional funds I will be needing for my house improvement set in a couple of months, which will cost me PhP50,000.
The amount that I am seeking for the loan is PhP25,000. To partly fund the said improvement, I am contributing the other half of the amount through my savings. These funds will be used specifically for an additional bathroom, the renovation of my kitchen, and the construction of a guest room.
Currently, I am the company’s accountant earning an annual taxable income of PhP180,000. To settle the loan, I am thinking of assigning at least 17.5% of my monthly income of PhP15,000 to be deducted on a monthly basis, which will include interests if applicable, for a duration of 10 months, or whichever term you deem more appropriate for this kind of loan.
I look forward to hearing your favorable response.
Sincerely,
Battousai1
