Ako ex-IBM-Daksh, to be honest, yung queue ko mahirap meron ring madali na queue na email supportsa IBM-Daksh.

The trick is to use the help pages of the online website of the client to get the answers because the templates are insufficient to address the concerns. I also do use Google advanced search to search out the answers to customer concerns.

Improvisation and initiative is the key...and always save the templates that you improvised in your MS Outlook since the question will probably come up again.

Yang typing speed will improve as time passes...My typing speed was 25 CWPM but reached 40 CWPM after one month of work....I still look at the keyboard.

Andaming may email support......Convergys, Sykes, IBM-Daksh, Sutherland, Ambergris, Eperformax... kailangan lang kasi dyan para malaman investigative skills....minsan nga para na akong sundalo kung mag interrogate hikhikhihkhik!

Pwede fresh graduate sa email support sa IBM-DAKSH...salary.....ok lang. not low or high.

Nung batch 1 ako sa IBM-Daksh madali makapasok dahil mahirap makakita ng email support experience...or may be its because I was previously trained for business writing.

Just to give you an example, meron kaming several trainees sa batch one who do not even have the initiative to use the internet in correcting their grammatically challenged emails. Kailagan pang magtanong sa katabi o classmate. Ibig ko sabihin pwede ring makalusot ang isang neophyte for email support. Ni hindi nga marunong gumamit ng search functions ng Google pero na-hire!

Kung grammatically challenged ka, just use the web to correct the errors in your emails. Madali at convenient, and you will not be mislead.

Yung account naiyan ginagamitan ko ng Help Pages at Google kaya yung TL ko napabilib sa akin. Halos hindi ako umaasa sa QA ot TL sa mga emails ko dahil may internet naman. Pero matagal bago makabuo ng sagot!

OO sa Edsa Central ang IBM-Daksh. Third floor ng Pavilion Mall....dati lunnga rin ng email support pero nalipat sa katabing building...a converted movie house cum mall.

Razzp my recent work ko involves back office and email support for an online retailer-8 months in total. I did general support, tech support, fraud and investigations...meron ba akong pwedeng ipagsaksak dyan sa OSRP?

May several fallback positions ako pero just want to make sure I get an excellent "situational awareness" on where to work.

Magkano ang base pay and allowances and how are the bonuses.
