CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES for TRAVEL ACCOUNT
(FOR MAKATI).

- College graduate (Tourism or Equivalent)
- Preferably has experience with working in a travel agency doing
reservations
- Experience using Amadeus or Galileo an Advantage
- Good Comm Skills and Interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to work in Makati.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

FINANCIAL/MORTGAGE/LOANS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES

- Bachelor's Degree, Good Written and Verbal English communication
skills
- Basic customer service skills and basic computer/internet skills
- Knowledgeable of practices and terminology applicable to
accounting, general ledger
- Bank interest, rates home loans processing
- Basic Customer service skills
- Willing to do sales, has multi tasking skills
- Must be willing to work in makati
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES

- Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years college
- Good comm. Skills
- Customer service oriented
- Background with basic troubleshooting, hardware and software
- Preferably has done helpdesk support or support for windows
application
- Must be willing to work in Makati
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
