For those who were not able to go to college for personal reasons but would like to work in call centre. GO FOR IT! I myself is sometimes frustrated of the fact that I cant apply to big call centres like Convergys, Etelecare and Sykes just because I have never been to college. But if youre gifted with excellent English communication skills dont let this fact affect you. I made it to Advanced Contact Solutions, ICT Group and InfoNXX/ The Number Uk. Ltd unfortunately I was not regularised and Im jobless right now.

Not all people are gifted with natural English communication skills. Call centres can develop this talent further If you commit yourself in being youre best at it. And above everything else we can pursue college while working. Nothing beats having a diploma in a discipline that you love the most!
