sa ARDENT... they are in need of consultants I believe(agents) for their mortgage accounts. BPO to. I am not sure though if they accept walk in applicants. This is in West Ave., QC.

Anyways, most BPOs are in Ortigas and Makati. These are pretty accessible places from Manila so why not try them out. Of course, these are just suggestions and its totally your decision.

• Ability to follow-up with US- based vendors/clients to obtain required documentation
• Ability to partner with decision–maker on difficult/exceptional issues
• Ability to perform basic mortgage calculations – to validate score-based appraisal; must have sound judgment
• Previous experience in the call center industry is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Must be willing to work on graveyard shifts and holidays.
• Can work without close supervision, a self-starter, and a good team player
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Loan Processor

A highly-motivated individual who will handle all aspects of loan processing after the loan is transferred from Pre-Qualification status (handled by Sales Support). This includes set up, appraisal request, title prelim, payoffs, and getting the file ready for closing. This also includes contacting the borrower to request additional documentation, be it prior to closing or funding. He/she must work closely with title companies and lenders for the most efficient and timely processing of loans. He/she must work in selling approved and funded loans to lenders.

Reports directly to the Processing Manager and Senior Loan Processors

Requirements:
• College graduate of any business-related course or other
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to follow-up with US- based vendors/clients to obtain required documentation
• Ability to partner with decision–maker on difficult/exceptional issues
• Ability to perform basic mortgage calculations; must have sound judgment
• Previous experience in the call center industry is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Must be willing to work on graveyard shifts and holidays.

• Should be skilled in internet-based origination systems and/or information system depositories
