anyway, just wondering... any ghost stories sa call center nyo?

here's mine:

nway, one time i was sleeping sa ladies quarters... at the point between sleep and being awake, i heard children giggling... so nagising ako... nawala sya.. so dedma lang ako.. tapos naulit sya nung mejo nakakaidlip na ako..

i asked my friend...(accent trainer sya dito) sabi nya yeah.. he's heard of the kids nga daw.. kasi minsan nakikita nila yun sa elevator and sometimes the guards talk about it din...

share naman kayo... ^_^

sa RMH starting is from 15-18 thou, plus free meals, med assistance, insurance and d likes. may commisions and perks and some team buildings and stuff. we are actually ramping up.

hi guys, juz new here in this thread, i also used to work in a call center in makati, and while in training our trainer told us some ghost stories and while in d middle of d story, one of my co trainee saw a shadow passed behind r trainer and she was crying, another story is (the same workplace) a girl was sleeping on top of the table in the training room(ngayon bawal na ma2log sa loob ng training room kc may break room namn) she was moving without somebody touching her, dumudulas *** mgisa ng wala nmang tumutulak sa kanya. everybody got scared and ran!!!lahat yata ng col center n pinasukan may multo...

Net One Center sa The Fort... dun... punong puno ng ghost stories. To be specific, sa 8th Floor. That was Connect2 Inc dati. One of the reasons bakit nagclose yun kasi hindi nga maganda ang lugar. I think more than 5 ghosts ang nandun.

Here are the stories:

1. Yung isa sa mga IT staff, while walking papunta sa IT Room, may nakitang batang lalaki na puting puti at around 2am sa post ng mga HR specialists. Good thing: nakasmile sa kanya ang batang multo.

2. Most of the people na natutulog sa sleeping area, napapaginipan yung black lady. Good thing: ginigising sila ng alarm nila para hindi tuluyan bangungutin.

3. Yung isang agent na babae, after manggaling sa CR, iyak ng iyak. Meron kasing boses ng lalake ang bumulong sa kanya while combing her hair in front ng mirror. Tapos may humawi pa sa buhok nya. Good thing: nakatakbo pa sya palabas ng CR.

4. Eto, experience ko talaga. Everytime na pumapasok ako, tinitingnan ko agad kung nandun na ang Call Center Manager ko. It can be seen thru glass panel sa likod nya. Makikita mo kasi yung reflection nya dun.

One time pagpasok ko, nakita ko na nandun na sya wearing white blouse ang black pants, nakalugay ang malagubat na buhok. Dumeretso na ko sa sup's post to turn on my pc and finish may admin works. Then, one of the ATLs asked me something regarding sa concern ng customer. I am not in the right position to give her authority so sabi ko, wait for awhile. Ask ko muna permission ni CCM. Then the ATL asked, "pano po? tatawagan nyo muna sya?". Sabi ko... Hindi... Puntahan ko lan sya sandali... Wait lan... Tapos sabi nung ATL, wala pa po sya dyan. Sabi ko... "You're kiddin... I saw her at her post. Naka-white pa nga sya eh tapos nakalugay pa *** buhok tapos nakaitim na pants." The ATL insists na wala pa nga sya. Papunta pa lan sana ko sa post nung CCM ng biglang mag-ring ang phone. Nag-appear sa display screen ng Avaya phone yung mobile number ng CCM namin. Nung makausap ko *** CCM, after ko matanong *** concern ng customer, sinabi ko sa CCM namin na nakita ko sya dito. Sabi nya "thats impossible kasi nandito pa lan ako sa may Ortigas (from Antipolo City). O cge na, papunta na ko." Hindi na ko nakasagot kundi "Cge po, ingat po kayo". That time, kinikilabutan na ko. pero sabi ko siguro guni-guni ko lang.

After 30-40 minutes, dumating na *** CCM namin wearing exactly what I saw. Nilapitan ko *** ATL ko at nagkatinginan na lang kami sa sobrang kilabot!

Pinuntahan namin yung CCM namin and we informed her re: sa nakita ko.

Good thing: Umuwi ang CCM namin ng 2am kasi masama daw yung ganun.

5. While taking calls... narinig ng lahat ng agents & officer ang napakalakas na ungol ng isang matandang babae, nagblink ang mga flourescent lamp, at may isang agent na lalaki na nakakitang umikot ang isang chair sa sup's post the fact na walang tao dun dahil nasa floor lahat ang sups taking escalations...

Goodthing: Stop ang operation for 1 hr with Management's permission. Everybody were asked to pray during that 1 hour.

Yung batang may bola na lumalabas sa elevator kilala sa Ortigas area...sya ay tinaguriang si "Jun-Jun".

oo si Junjun, kahit sa SMPC bldg, dumadayo sya eh, at tumatakbo sa floor. tapos may lady of the 17th floor ng same bldg na dumadayo sa floor namin w/c technically is the 13th floor.

Siguro kaya maraming "ghost stories" sa mga call center kasi most of us are puyat, we have coffee instead of blood, and na-overdose na tayo sa pagkain sa 7-11 or Ministop? or for RMH folk "tokai" ? :confused:

sabi na nga ba something's creepy in that building. . .buti nalang hindi ako natanngap sa isang company dun (i forgot the name pero it's some sort of japanese eng'g firm, involved in design if im not mistaken) pero un nga, kase nag exam ako dun sa isang floor jan sa net one, the exam took 3-4 hours and natapos ako mga around 6pm na (aga pa no?:rotflmao: ) e since alang tayuan *** exam (time pressured thing), nakapag-cr lang ako after na ng exam, ewan ko ba pero there's this feeling sa mga cr jan e, (dun ako nag cr sa floor na malapit *** office ng mobius ba un?if im not mistaken). . .ayun, heavy,creaky doors. . .tapos ba't ganon 2 doors bago *** cr mismo, anyway, pumasok ako sa cr kase i felt na i really had to pee, walang tao sa cr, pero around 2 cubicles ata nag-flush na wala namang tao, inisip ko it must be the sensors pero anlayo ko dun sa mga cubicles na nag flush, ayun thats when it started sinking into me na . . .whoa mukhang d na tama to ha. . .aun todo dasal nalang ako habang jumi-jingle tapos sabay labas na :mecry:

My two cents:

Call centers and empty office buildings (after dark) are probably attractive to entities and spirits because of all the mirrors. Lalo na yung big mirrors sa mga washroom o CR. Then there are all the many glass doors and panels and PC screens. Mirrors are said to be doorways in between dimensions through which they can go through into ours.

I mean, imposible namang lahat ng mga haunted ofc bldgs eh dating sementeryo, di ba? :)

Pero bakit uniform ang mga descriptions kahit saan--batang naglalaro, lady in black or in white? Hmmmm...

i've had a lot of experiences. pbcom seems to be opening my third eye....:eek:

take for example me often seeing things at the corner of my eye and always having one of my trainees, whose third eye is open, confirming that something is INDEED there.

mga floors na haunted sa eTelecare PBCom: 8th floor, 12th floor (technically the REAL 13th floor...subukan ninyong mag-count mula sa ground floor tapos iinclude ninyo yung parking level 7 and 7th floor patio na real 8th floor), 14th floor, 16th floor....

i'll update this. medyo di lang gumagana utak ko. share naman ulit kayo!

I had this creepy experience... This happened 3 years ago..


I was supposed to have my 1st day of training with CVG. My sched was 12 am to 8 am..

So, being the fresh grad I was. Super excited ako magstart ng training. Kaya Sunday night pa *** nandun na ko kasi I thought, Monday 12 am ang start, Un pala Tuesday 12 am ang start..

Anyway, pagsakay na pagsakay ko sa elevator, sumara na kagad *** door, good thing my boyfriend (hinatid nya ko sa insular) was able to stop the elevator doors.

I haven't pressed the button that says 4th but the elevatpr started going up. While the elevator was going up, I pressed the 4th button, pero ndi nagstop *** elevator sa 4th floor..

Instead, umakyat pa ito up to the 8th floor. So, naghysterical na ko nun kasi naramdaman ko na na may msamang mangyayari..

Bumukas ang bulok na elevator sa 8th floor. Pitch black ang paligid. Umiiyak na ko nun, so my boyfriend told me to close my eyes and stay calm.. we were trying to close the door by pressing the close button, pero ayaw.. until sumara din ang door, PERO... Biglang nagstop ang pagsara ng elevator, *** pagstop pa nya e parang may pumigil na tao, kasi nagshake *** door. mga 3 to 4 times nangyari na sasara, tapos may pipigil, bubukas ulit *** door..

Nung nsa floor na ko, I had this teamate whose 3rd eye is open, she told me that she also experienced the same **** I went through, pero calm lang sha. Nakita nya na may headless lady figure with her arms stretched infront of her sa 8th floor, at kaya daw ayaw masara ng door kasi nakaharang *** arms ng babaeng ito..

i told her sumara naman ** *** elevator.. my teammate answered.. e kasi nakasakay na sha sa elevator... :eek: :eek: :eek:

Also happened to me in that same building. That is a well-known "regular " incident. I find it exciting though...I am used to having strange encounters with the "other dimension" and like it.

Yung elevator ng Sykes BCT ay mejo nakakatakot. Kulay pa lang nun pagpasok eh kala mo andun ka sa mga establishment along Araneta Ave. Tapos feeling mo ay may kasabay ka even though solo flight ka lang sa elevator.

waaah katakot naman yan. kaya takot ako talaga minsan sa elevator. no choice ako, alangan naman umakyat ako hagdan hanggang 20th floor hehehe...

dati naman sa philam life bldg, me na-experience talaga akong creepy. first day ng training din tapos diretso na ako ng cr. syempre maiisip mo pa ba mga multo kong nawiwiwi ka na di ba, pero ako talaga biglang tumigil. nag-scan muna ako sa restroom tapos basta, sobrang nagmamadali ako.

nung introduction na, sabi ng isa kong officemate, may third eye daw sya at sabi nya may black lady daw sa cr :eek:

kwinento lang toh nung trainer namin during training. first sabi nya if someone taps our shoulder ignore it na lang kasi si ano daw yun, i forgot the name eh but it's a white lady daw na pagala gala dun.

tapos one time daw dun sa floor konti pa lang yung mga agents kasi opening shift pa lang. yung sa bandang dulo ng floor patay pa yung ilaw kasi yung malapit sa pinto pa lang yung occupied. then yung nag iisang supervisor nung time na yun tinawag nung isang agent nya kasi may itatanong pagtayo nya, dun sa station na malapit sa dulo may nagtaas ng kamay. so sabi nya wait lang unahin ko muna si april (yung agent na tumawag sa kanya) tapos nung pupuntahan na nya yung station kung saan may nagtaas ng kamay walang tao... tapos nakaturn off lahat ng computer dun sa lane na yun.. ooohh.. creepy diba! hehe :D

:lol:tapos i had this experience din in the same call center. yung isang c.r. kasi malapit lang sa floor. eh sobrang mawiwiwi nako. so dun nako pumunta kahit diko gusto yung ambiance nung c.r. na yung. i was alone that time kasi konti pa ang agents. opener ako nun. nung pag pasok ko pa lang sa cubicle may naririnig na akong footstep na parang shoes ng girls na may takong. nagulat ako kasi hindi ko naman narinig yung main door ng c.r. na bumukas. tapos 3 times syang pabalik balik dun sa tapat ng cubicle kung nasan ako pero wala naman akong nakikitang anino sa baba ng pinto ng cubicle. hindi pako umuupo sa bowl kasi natatakot ako. hay naku tumbling talaga ako nung pag labas ko ng cubicle naconfirm ko na nag iisa nga talga ako. tapos kahit nung nasa labas na ako ng cubicle naririnig ko pa rin yung footsteps. yun, dun na lang ako nag c.r. sa malapit sa pantry...:)

Branders.com sometime during 2nd quarter of 2006....

Friend of mine in his late 20's complained of chest pains... was brought to Medical City for check up. I was complaining too of hypertension so I was brought to Medical City as well. Me and my friend greeted each other in the ER room trading jokes when all of a sudden he was gasping for air... a few minutes later, he had a flatline already and the doctors were trying to revive him... I was in the other bed next to him freaking out... No luck.. He was pronounced dead at 4:00 am.

2 months after the incident and with fresh batches on board...one batch member asked us who was this guy who was seated near the window of our office..she said that she always noticed this guy busy working on his desk even when it was 2 hours past his shift's end. The seat belonged to my friend..I asked her to describe the appearance of the guy.. she said the guy was tall, had streakes on his hair, had a goatee.. She described my late friend as if she knew him all along..... (she never met him nor was she aware that someone from the office passed away)

Training Room.. in Octagon...

im not sure if its named the same but when i was there..it was the elements... earth, air, fire, water and metal. we are using the last training room. im not sure.. but i think it's fire... I was training for Sprint back then. We were doing the call simulation after finishing Star i think that was the name of the software... anyway.. as we were doing this.. some stations doesnt have headsets some were not useful that day and im one of the lucky guys... who needs to transfer to another training room to finish the task...so i went there... METAL room..there are still 4 people who's doing the same thing... after 1 hour they all went home and i was left there alone... as i was doing the simulation... there was somebody tapping the keyboard... like typing really crazy... so i checked to see if somebody was still there...:( im getting worried since no one was there... so i pretended i didnt hear anything....
go on with the simulation... again somebody is typing crazy the other side of the room... so again i checked to see if there was an open screen/ pc... nothing... now im getting scared....ignored it and partly i was scared... so i maxed the volume of my pc and tried to finish....again... somebody is really trying to get attention...i quickly closed all windows and finished and ran to the other room...

after that i forgot all about it... then after shift while we were chitchatting... my trainer asked me " how was the other room" i said it was creepy... and told them my story and he said that before there was a girl in that room....and it was confirmed that there was a ghost in there..:eek:

pagpasok namin sa CR, nandun uli ang babae. ang nakakataka, kaming dalawa lang ang nakakakita. nakakatakot kasi nakatingin lang sya samin. since tulala na kami ng friend ko at nagtataka yung tatlo pa naming kasama, nagdecide kami lumabas na lang ng CR... pero same thing happend... nandun na sya sa labas ng CR, blocking our way!

pero ang pinaka creepy, she's laughing so hard... umiiyak na ang friend ko kasi nakakatakot ang mga halkhak nya... pero 2 pa rin kami nakakakita at clueless pa rin ang tatlo...

suddenly, nawala si white lady...pero ang hinimatay na ang friend ko at nagiba ang boses.. tapos tawa lang sya ng tawa... until saklolo na ang nurse pati company doctor... pero wala sila nagawa.... 2 hours din nasaniban ang friend ko...

In the previous company I worked for there is a "Co-Ed" break room. Its pretty spacious so the company actually had sofas, bean bags, and folding beds. There are people from everywhere that worked in this company so the company actually have shuttles and designated pick-up points. However, since the free shuttle was only for the night shft, to save money, what the people in the AM shift would do is go to the office at night and sleep in the break room. The break rooms were besides the CRs and just at the far end of the operations floor (there are workstations very close to it though).

One day, there was a sudden commotion. Agents, Sups, Managers, Trainers, all rushed into one of the breakrooms while the reps in it were trying to get out as quickly as they can. They were all freaked out by this rep on one of the folding beds who suddenly started screaming and crying. She was screaming as if somebody in her sleep was strangling her. As if she was desperately trying to get out of a choke hold. Some of the people tried waking her up but she wouldn't until she fell off the bed. She was in a shock, she stared blankly on to the windows for a few seconds then she started crying again.

According to her, she saw this white lady get in the breakroom but she got so scared she just pretended to sleep. When she turned, the white lady was already beside her looking at her. She closed her eyes when suddenly she felt the cold hands to her neck. It was not tight but she couldnt breathe. She struggled so hard and fought back until she was able to release the hold. When she was almost able to stand up, the white lady took a real hard grasp of her arms and tried to pull her near. That is when she was awakened by the thud of her falling onto the floor. And that was when she realized she was just dreaming. But she said it felt so real. When she was finally consoled, she went to the Comfort Room to gather and fix herself. Lo and behold, when she took of her sweatshirt, there was a hand mark very clearly visible on her left arm. She cant feel any pain, but who ever touched it said it had such a cold sensation. The hand mark stayed for 13 days. Only when she resigned did it disappear. Many saw the hand mark. And many have attested dreaming of a white lady in that same break room.

take for example me often seeing things at the corner of my eye and always having one of my trainees, whose third eye is open, confirming that something is INDEED there.

mga floors na haunted sa eTelecare PBCom: 8th floor, 12th floor (technically the REAL 13th floor...subukan ninyong mag-count mula sa ground floor tapos iinclude ninyo yung parking level 7 and 7th floor patio na real 8th floor), 14th floor, 16th floor....

One time wala akong choice but to sleep sa office.Puno na *** isang sleeping quarter so no choice ako but to sleep dun sa isa na sabi nila meron daw.Nagising ako kasi may may bolang nahulog tapos gumulong, *** tunog nya parang bola ng golf,alam ko ng kakaiba to kasi carpeted *** room...so I ignored it pero naulit sya the second time,ayoko talaga pansinin kasi may kasama naman ako sa sleeping room, tatlo kami.The third time na naulit sya,tumayo na ko to check if guni guni ko lang tapos bumangon din *** isang gurl sabi nya sakin "Miss, pabayaan mo na,wag mo nalang pansinin", at least nalaman ko na di lang pala ako nakaramdam so hindi ko sya guni-guni so humiga na ulit ako. Eastwood, Express Elevator ng CyberOne Mall...

Never akong nakakakita until this incident.

Lunch break so me and my other 2 colleagues decided to eat outside the bldg. It was madaling araw, cant recall exactly what time...so we took the express elevator, yung lift na sinasakyan ng mga basura at mga workers pag may floor na ginagawa. Anyway, we took that one kasi mabilis. I pressed the G button and tuloy tuloy naman sya but then it stopped sa 18th floor. Door opened and I saw a guy in white (both shirt & pants), kinda leaning on the wall but facing us (the elevator). I saw his face clearly and just looking straight at me. mga 30 seconds din opened yung door the it started to close. When it did, i asked my colleagues why they didnt hold the door kasi may sasakay. Then they both said, "Walang tao gurl..." Then sabi ko, "meron lalaking nakaputi, nakatingin pa nga sakin e..."

I was confused and at the same time kinda scared, kasi hindi naman talaga ko nakakakita nor nakakaramdam or whatever. Then I asked my agent, who does fortune telling sa floor (hehe) and has 3rd eye opened. I told him what I saw which my other co-TMs didnt see. Sabi ko I clearly saw the face. Cute pa nga e! Ü Tas sabi nya, pag ganun daw...bukas na bukas ang 3rd eye ko.

After that, wala nakong nakita or naramdaman. :confused: Maybe it closed again. Buti nalang. :)

Here at NCO, mas kilala sa multo ang ELEVATOR#8. Yang elevator na yan, kapag pasara na, titigil at bubukas uli for some certain reasons. So syempre pindot uli ng close button para sumara na yung elevator, wala bubukas nanaman sya. Another story pa. And elevators sa ELJ building, hindi tumitigil sa 2nd floor and 3rd floor kasi walang elevator service sa floor na yun. Pero *** elevator #8, tumitigil sa 2nd floor and 3rd floor. Meron pa daw mga nakakakita ng batang babae sa loob ng elevator na un. Tapos one time yung trainer namen sa elevator #8 sumakay, may kasama sya na isang tm from collections. bigla daw nagstop in between 3rd floor and 4th floor. Habang nagta-type ako pakiramdam ko nasa likod ko yung supervisor ko. Nagtataka lang ako bakit ang tagal nya nakabantay sa akin. Nang matapos ako sa ginagawa ko nilingon ko sya pero wala palang tao sa likod ko. Sabi nung katabi ko, "Naramdaman mo rin pala na may tao sa likod mo pero wala naman." Ang nakakatakot dun 9am nangyari yun at pati yung mga taga-GY shift ganun din ang nararamdaman sa pantry.

Na-experience naman nung friend ko sa isang building sa Ortigas na huminto yung elevator sa isang floor. Mag-isa lang siya sa elevator kaya sinilip niya sa labas kung may tao. Nung sumara na yung pinto, huminto sa pagitan ng dalawang floors yung elevator. Nagpanic siya kasi nagflash yung overloaded warning ng elevator pero mag-isa lang siya sa loob ng elevator.

nung nag oojt kasi ako jan sa isang building na katapat ng podium, eh lagi ko siyang nakikita. Akala ko anak lang nung may-ari ng company eh. Pero mga 3 days a week lagi ko sya nakikita. Patakbo - takbo, lagi hinahagis yung bola nya..

panalo ito..remember when i was still connected with CVG and the cct training was in this bldg..may certain floor talaga stop un elevator dito pagbukas mo madilim at wala naman sasakay..experienced it myself..according to mga tenants dun..un floor na madalas tigilan ng elevator dun daw namatay un nagpatiwakal na tao sa roofdeck na nadecapitated tapos dun bumagsak sa floor na un ang katawan..geez..:eek::eek:

naniwala ako when i experience this kind of feeling na parang meron nakatingin sayo.. pero hindi ito sa floor or sa call center dito lang sa house namin..

I few stories na hindi ko guaranteed na totoo dahil im not able to look face to face.. (AYOKO NUN!!!) hehe... our house was build matagal na.. at before mga damo-damo daw ang mga nakalgay daw talaga here.. since matagal ng build ang house namin.. madami na rin akong experiences sa mga Mumu or dwende.. in terms na.. nakaapak ng hindi nakikita or something na hindi ko ma-explain talaga..

dito sa house namin hindi naman super ang Mumu.. (HOPEFULLY!!!)

pero i had this experience sa house ng tita ko sa general santos sa south cembo,makati.. malaki ang house nila,favorite kong spot ang kwarto ng cousin ko.. kahit maraming tao or kahit andun ako dun ako lagi sa room niya at if ever sinumpong ang mama ko ng sama ng pakiramdam doon ako natutulong..

ewan ko kung anong meron pero lagi akong puyat..

Lahat naman ata bldg e hehe. anyway, yun officemate ko kasi may salamin sa station nya. bale talikuran kasi yun pwesto ng mga bay. tapos nakita nya sa salamin na yun 1 namen kateam, me katabi din. bale nadoble yun kateam namen, parang dating katabi nya sarili nya!
