:D

Hi guys!

Techinically, I'm already part of ACCS, after I accepted their offer an hour ago. By September 25, 2006, I'll be part of the second batch of CSR's of Accenture.

For ACCS PExers, please feel free to post anything about ACCS. If you have any questions about their recruitment process, exams, etc. feel free to ask.

NOTE: All my answers will be based on MY EXPERIENCE and nothing else. As for the work environment at ACCS, I still have to find out when my training starts. :)

Thanks!

As far as I know, ACCS will operate in Cybergate, near Robinsons Pioneer in Mandaluyong City.

So far, kumpleto na ang 1st batch (or the Pioneer batch) kasi when I ask the girl who extended to me the Job Offer, puno na daw ang 1st batch, so nilagay ako sa September 25 batch (or the 2nd batch).

About applying WALK-IN:

I don't think they accept walk-in applicants for CSRs since Accenture will require you to take the pre-qualifying test. Bear in mind that THIS IS NOT A PRE-EMPLOYMENT TEST (PET). Actually, it's a phone call test that allows you to understand spoken English at a conversational pace. In this exam, you have to:

a. READ ALOUD (this is very important)
b. Repeat Sentences
c. Build Sentences
d. Answer questions

What's interesting about this type of exam is that THERE'S NO HUMAN INTERVENTION, meaning it's all computer based. So I advice if you will undergo this exam, you have to be in a very conducive place so that there would be no unnecessary noise that might occur during the process.

Okay I think that would be enough. For now, if you want to pursue a Call Center career at Accenture, visit their website:
