eBay magkakaroon ng in-house call center sa Pilipinas?

Totoo ba itong chizmax na nasagap ko na ang eBay company ay magkakaroon ng in-house contact center sa Pilipinas to cater to their phone, email and chat support for eBay and PayPal?

Parang plausible kasi ito dahil sa dami ng eBay at PayPal reps sa buong mundo, ito ay isang sufficient "critical mass" para magkaroon ng tinatawag na "economies of scale" in establishing a contact center in a third world country. Not to mention that being a global company they need to establish a reputation for being an employer of choice and not a "sweat shop" employer.

Ano balita niyo? Baka nakuryente lang ako.

Dati pa kumakalat yan IBMdude...kaya lang parang kwentong kutsero although it is plausible due to the huge numbers of reps they have. Pagsamahin natin ang mga PayPal at eBay reps...andameee di ba. Kaya may economies of scale. Napag-uusapan ng mga contact ko sa eBay home office sa Canada...pero as of now kwentong kutsero. FYI: Marami pong Fil-Am sa eBay home office sa Vancouver, Canada. Pay is average accoording to them..if you work in the in-house. Anyway sent you a PM kung makakalusot ang qualifications ko para dun sa GY shift na BPO ng IBS.

Kung titingnan natin ginawa na ito ng HSBC, JP Morgan, Dell, Microsoft, Ask Me Now, Branders at Emerson. Take note that even companies with fewer reps than eBay are establishing their in-house centers here.

Kung saan naka-outsource eBay at PayPal alam ko lahat pero can't comment due to confidentiality reasons. My lips are sealed 'ika nga.
