I saw an ad about a call center in ortigas and they say that their schedule is just 5am til 12nn??? parang kulang diba? normally 9 hours ang regular sched for a day sa call cneter based from my experience kasi hinde paid ang 1 hour lunch... hmmm.. if ever maganda ang time frame nila kasi normal hours ng labor ang ginagamit nila.. mga companies dito sa atin alam ko 8 hours den ang daily sched pero ang bayad lang eh 7.5 hours kasi ang 2 tig 15min break eh nde paid... mukhang promising naman kasi ang offer nila for agent position eh 14k - 28k ... sana nga!!! hehehe!!! anybody from this company... share naman ng info...*okay*

Actually the 2 15 minute breaks are paid, because under the Labor Code, any breaktimes under 1 hour HAVE TO be paid. And since they are breaks, actual work time is just 7.5 hours since the 0.5 hours that completes the full 8 hr shift is composed of 2 15 minute breaks, na PAID.

just spoke with a friend who actually went there.. ok naman daw kahit outbound.. 1 sale a day and you're good to go pero kung gusto mo daw ng malaking komisyon make more! eh nde ako outbound person eh.. baka meron jan interesado.. start-up company.. 1 year pa lang daw to pero she can vouch na meron nang kumikita dun ng 28k and yung top seller eh 30k almost ang kinikita... not bad diba... at ang sched panalo!!
