Is it true, their are plans to put a call center / in-house inside SM North (the block) and the on going construction beside MRT (north) is for proposed call centers / BPO's / in - houses?
If this is so, it will be very beneficial, for people who live near North, easier to access, we save alot on travel time, gas, transportation,
I strongly wish they put up some near us NORTH people!
Guys who have feedback about this please share, or give opinions in having a call center up NORTH.

based sa mga balita sa kilala kong developers, yung area na yun ay gagawing parang eastwood talaga. plan nga kase ni SB na maging IT capital ang QC. may 4 na 12 floor condo bldgs na ngang naka plan itayo there. yun nga lang, paano ang squatters!?

So not true.... SM North is SM's number one mall. If you have noticed malls with call centers are those who are not doing well. Example, Robinsons Nova, Cainta and yes Mall of Asia---kasi hirap silang punuin ito.

In time mapupuno din ang SM City. Why settle for P250/sqm rent from a call center when they can charge a retail tenant twice the amount + 5% commision on sales?

Dell is opening a new center in Eastwood City, they're calling it their "QC site" so I guess we won't see Dell in North Edsa.

The SM North people are deifinitely using the SuperSale club site. From what I've heard, they might turn it into a building which may either be:

1) a parking garage to augment the Block;
2) a satellite branch of the Asia Pacific College (not UA & P);
3) a call center that IS NOT Dell, PeopleSupport, Convergys, eTelecare or Teletech; or,
4) all of the above. ;)

The PLDT Business Center in EDSA near Munoz have an two floor office space fit for a call center. They made an attempt to sell that idle space to the public but with Parlance as its subsidiary they are planning to use that idle space instead.

Confirmed na confirmed na talaga na may papasok na Call center/BPO sa North Triangle Commercial Center (where Tri Noma mall is being built). And from what I've read somewhere, the Annex-EDSA building will be demolished to give way for a planned condo or condotel-type project (similar to the MEZZA RESIDENCES near SM Centerpoint). Pati ang Supersale club damay din but wala pang report kung ano talaga ang project na gagawin. :D

Btw, April 2007 na pala ang opening ng Tri Noma (the first Ayala Mall upnorth connected to the MRT-North Ave station via a bridgeway). AYOS! *okay*

Supersale is now a covered parking lot.

I do hope they get to have call centers inside the block and Trinoma.

I live in Bliss, one of the condos right behind SM north... and it truly be bliss to just bike/walk to work!!!

I saw the drawings of Trinoma in the Philippine Star, opening on May 2007. The top of the mall will have a garden with restos and bars surrounding it. I do hope there would be a call center inside one of these malls.

Confirmed na confirmed na talaga na may papasok na Call center/BPO sa North Triangle Commercial Center (where Tri Noma mall is being built). And from what I've read somewhere, the Annex-EDSA building will be demolished to give way for a planned condo or condotel-type project (similar to the MEZZA RESIDENCES near SM Centerpoint). Pati ang Supersale club damay din but wala pang report kung ano talaga ang project na gagawin. :D

Btw, April 2007 na pala ang opening ng Tri Noma (the first Ayala Mall upnorth connected to the MRT-North Ave station via a bridgeway). AYOS! *okay*

basta last july dapat papasok ako ng sykes as part of their...errr...hinde ko na sasabihin anong department basta we're the team that overlooks all the sites, and they told me they might mget me transferred sa trinoma cos they're setting up another center there. anyways, hinde ko tinanggap yung offer kase ang gulo nila kausap.:bop:

the block? i don't think so I have been in block so many times I don't see a space big enough for a call center to fit in. the block is for boutiques and shops. for a call center to be place inside i doubt.?! but in sm manila the 5thfloor there is a call center that exist, own by daughter of henry sy. they are selling alarm systems and children books which was wayback in 2003. mababa lang suweldo nasa 10k lang dati ewan ko lang ngayon.

any update guys? Seems that a lot of new call centers/BPOs prefer to put up sites in Alabang, Pampanga, Cavite,Baguio and other provinces 'specially in the Visayan region. Hopefully some will plan of expanding/putting up/establishing along North Edsa reeeaal soon.*okay*

yes it is, but there is a possibility for call centers to have offices in that mall since some have already done it.That is why we, people from qc would be very very glad if ever call centers will get to expand in Trinoma..good and accessible work location

Bukas na yung trinoma (one part nga lang) pero parang wala pa ding call center dun ah.

yung sa call center sa Munoz ay VXI. and we found out na hindi naman puro mababa yung offer dun kasi my friends got P18T offer for TSR position for their training period. plus P2000 pa daw for training allowance.
