What Does A Techsupport Should Know?

SO I can self study before I apply for this position. I am already familiar with the hardware and software components of the PC, except for the networking aspect.

Can you please give me detailed topics to study especially on networking???

Any inputs would be very much appreciated...

beingvane: mejo various ang mga techsupport account. meron ISP, gaming, software, hardware, etc. Kung meron kanang knowledge sa isa sa mga dito then I suggest yun nalang pag aralan mo tapos pasok ka dun sa companya na may related account.

you don't have to worry. meron naman sila trainings. kahit basic lang ang alam mo ayus na yun. you just have to enjoy your work and you have to be very very patient..

and stock knowledge and your familiarity with the specific tech account counts a lot, coz it makes you more spontanous and beleivable,

bsta trust me, speak slowly , think fast, and be a GOOGLE expert
