What is the regular rate for an outbound sales representative?

I am resigning by next week. I'd like to venture to another career as an outbound call center agent. The thing is I don't know what is the basic pay for such position and what are the other perks being offered by other companies. I am currently earning Php 10,500.00 per month as my base pay. Can you suggest which call center offers the best package and how much is being offered?:)

hello....go to ammex, the one on valero st, makati city (pearl bank building). basic salary is 20k, 2,500 allowance. if it's outbound, there's quota and all that pressure to make a sale. they sell medical and industrial sanitary products...gloves, etc. i know someone who works there pero he smells something fishy eh baka mag-resign na rin siya pag may nahanap siya na mas ok....basta i wouldn't want to comment further 'cause i don't work there.

go to ICT Group... 14th flr. Union Bank Bldg. Ortigas Pasig..

A friend of mine work there.. he is happy **** working there and I know that he is earning greater than 10K per cut off..
