unless anyone has worked in all the call centers in the Philippines, i don't think anyone can really tell which is the best call center.

What about the best call center for young people? for undergrads? for postgrads? for parents? (I'm particularly interested in the most parent-friendly call center.)

CONVERGYS!!! THE BEST!!!!

its parent-friendly... mostly...
puro above 40/ or thirtys people
nakikita ko... (CVG-ALABANG/INSULAR)

no discrimination at all... *okay*

well, kung madamin na cgurong napuntahan na call center malamang may point of comparison na **... but for me..i've been around for quite sometime so meron na akong pwedeng masabi :bashful:

i think convergys would be first, okey the system and high standard sila. sarap ng feeling kapag taga convergys ka :D

next, ambergris solutions, fun and professional mga tao. you'll feel na part ka talaga ng company ;)

PS - depends on the account.. i loved my account.. the people were grrrreat and they made me forget how i hated doing retention.. they also have good programs for employees like internships and clubs..

JPMC - it's in-house so it's bound to be a success story.. they're still small so you'd hear nothing but great things from employees..

eTel - only because i know a lot of people who came from eTel who are now the most brilliant of managers with other call centers that they're with now..
