Worst, I actually signed the contract already tapos instead of June I'll start of the following month na lang daw which I agree since I needed time to prepare and file my resignation and when I called up they told me that I will be starting next month but no date yet.Haaaaay, ano ba yan...gusto ko pa sya maurong but then nakapagfile na ako ng resignation letter. But I think you are in na. Konting antay lang siguro.

Out of all the call centers I've checked out and some i've applied for, i've decided to choose peoplesupport. So soon people there should be seeing me, (if only you knew who i was). Because of this forum i've chose PS. :) I just finished the background check, and final interview and i guess i'll wait for their call again. How long does this usually take?

Hi! I'm offered a job of entertainment transcriptionist but i applied for a CSR. I really have doubts about my typing skills coz i know i average 25 wpm lang but still they r considering me. Pano ba ang job na ito? pwede bang i-playback *** pinakikinggan mo kung di mo gaanong maintindihan? i filed application online and had the phone interview day after and was adviced to take the online exam and be at their office on june 21 thats 2 days from now. but the problem is the line went clattery so i was not able to hear clearly the instruction said for taking the online exam. but i know i must be in their office on the said date for the final interview and bring resume.

i think i should take the online exam before ill go to their office... i also keep on trying to call thier hot line but nobody is answering, when is the best time to call them? or should i go on june 21 ? or should i take the online exam first....

i sent my application/resume to people support's email address. After few hours, I received a call then did a phone interview. but unfortunately, I was rejected :-( coz I dont have at least 2 years in college.

I know a lot of college graduates who cant speak good english and dont even know how to use computer, so I thought that they can see my capabilities and skills as well as my work experiences than my educational attainment, but this line awakened me " sorry, I cant process your application coz its a company's policy that you should have 2 years in college. oh well, if you have that already, you can apply again to PS.bye bye"

Actually, I was planning to go abroad as a domestic helper, but due to lack of funds, I ddnt pursue it. When I heard this call center thingy and the skills they need that I believe I have I did have the guts to send my application coz the salary is pretty good as what its been posted here in pex and for the ultimate reason of not being too far from my baby as compared to being an OFW*okay*

First time will always be hard but when you are determined, then it will be easy.

hello guys from PS! This is my first time to post a message here. I love to read the messages in this thread. I was assessing myself to whether or not I can make it in this industry, you guys seem to give me enough reasons that I can do well. I'm now decided to apply at PS within this week. I was hoping you guys can give me a hand, by giving me a few tips on the interviews and the recruitment process as a whole. :)

One more thing, does the resume have a huge bearing on whether or not someone gets hired or not? I really don't have an impressive resume so the only thing that I can probably bank on is when I get to an interview..:(
