Ei guys out there! gs2 ko *** magtanong about our status...cnabihan *** ng HR after our final interview na as off the moment..the position we are applying for has no start dates pa..april pa daw (higher)..kc daw march pa graduation nmin we cannot start immediately..anong ibig sbhin n2? mag background check daw muna *** tpos after dat if positive they will call us anytime april'07 if may start dates na tpos we'll sign a contract?
are we assured with the position we are applying for? (tech support)

hi! , i also went there at PS center last thursday. i asked the first guy who interviewed me and he said to me that they have an opening for the tech support position, then my application went smoothly and after my final interview the girl told me that i will be receiving a call from them tomorrow (friday) but they never call at all. Im assuming that they are running a background check on me (i hope).
by the way i was one of those guys who chose to be interviewed at 7pm the same day (thursday), they were too many applicants last thursday thats why some of the applicants were given an option to process their final interview the next day (friday).
daming aplikante sa PS. so you should go there as early as 9am, i went there 12pm. i waited for an hour and a half for my first interview, then so on...
sana may kasabay ako dito, tech support inapplyan ko...

are they really doing background checks? or its just their way of saying try your luck next time? i believe they have a lot of open positions and all succesful applicants were given a contract same day or, the following day if its too late in the day. and as far as i know, a lot of their employees were undergrads.

i hope that they are really doing a background checks, ive already received an email from them, it say there that they are still doing background check on me, and even asking for another contact numbers from 2 TL's that ive worked with. but they didnt give me the exact date of the actual start date of the training since i havent signed a contract yet. im really hoping that theyl call me on monday. i shouldve applied for the inbound sales position.

x3_boxers20_x3...umm...kasi depende yan sa account so mahirap magsabi kung mahirap ba yan o hindi kasi sa account ko dati (travel)...7 weeks na training...pero OO may exam at ay bumabagsak sa exam...you are given I think 2 tries to pass...and then if di talga..u get booted out...think of the 4weeks as 4 years of college in winzip format :D

[k]jwan, we were given a directive not to push back calls, so I took it. Anyway, I am not happy with how management runs the floor. Ngayon, we are going back to production (for the nth time). A new directive was sent out informing everyone not to transfer to the MRG VDN, pero ang mga supervisors, nowhere to be found! A lot of lame excuses.
Haaaay.
Bakit kasi hindi na lang talaga kami ibalik nang tuluyan sa production at hindi na kami dapat tumatanggap ng escalated calls. THere's this one banker who really takes the ire of almost all the MRG bankers. Imagine ie-escalate ang call dahil hindi marunong mag-reopen ng card sa host? My golly! Everything is in our online manual! Grrrr.
Anyway, para po sa nagtanong about hazard, dapat ang shift mo ay nage-end or nagsta-start between 12mn-5am (I think).

point number 1 - CSAT.. they value this more than other stats... yung csat kasi sobrang minsan lang pumasok sayo kapag bagsak ka , kawawa ka naman kasi if ever in a month bagsak ka, may mga warning ka na and hirap magslideback... and minsan ayaw idispute ng team manager kahit di para sayo yung csat.. / i saw an email from that team manager from one of the sups, to this effect na wag niyong i-asa sa agents niyo na ididispute ang csats kahit di sa kanila yun kasi di niya ididspute. ...
may isa pa kapag naka generate ka ng 1 bagsak na csat, para i idispute, u have to have 3 or more returns na mataas para idispute/

hi, dis is my 1st time to post a msg here and its nice reading all ur msgs..anyway, i've worked in a call ctr b4 for almost 3 yrs and now im also interested in applying in ps, any acct wud do as long as its 24/7...but im planning to study also dis coming june..i heard dat ps supports those agents whose pursuing their studies.meaning u can choose ur preferred sched. is dis true? but what if my classes wud be during saturdays only? do i still have the privilege of choosing my preferred shift? say i want morning shift? **** ala **** akong pasok s school during wkdays? honestly, i dont like working in gy anymore, im tired n rin just like a lot of guys out there..ky *** i dont have choice, i need work to pursue my studies and to support my family as well.

i definitely agree with you.. 1 year ka na pala sa account natin, I'm just approaching my 6th month this month.. and yes, medyo hindi na nga oks ang pagpapatakbo sa floor... hmm... i don't wanna attribute this to some new people sa management.. pero super inconsistent talaga ng management natin. ang hirap naman kasi na ang mga Sup ang mag-take ng escalated calls.. eh pano kapag madaming escalated calls? hindi mo din talaga maintindihan ang takbo ng utak nila..
well, oks pa naman ako.. i just have an issue with my Sup right now... pero hopefully, ma-settle. na-buwisit lang talaga ako, eh..
if there's any other way to improve lang talaga things sa account natin. did they already approve your resignation? i heard na some of the resignation papers are withheld by the management.. which is against the law, if that's true...

Well, last Friday, I issued an incident report to a banker because I did not like the way he answered my question. He blabbered, "so who do you want me to transfer this call to? There's no one around. Should I inform the customer no one is going to assist her?" in a very sarcastic manner.

Unang-una, hindi kami alipin. Kung ano-ano ang ipinapagawa sa amin. Ngayon, we have two identities dahil we are also taking production calls. Nakakalito minsan nasasabi ko sa customer, "customer's name?"

Anyway, regarding my resignation, I will be asking my supervisor to file it na. Saan ka ba naman nakakita na pati personal break na 10 minutes eh tinanggal? Things were great when there were only 5 batches on the floor. I don't know what happened. I hope management realizes that one of the reasons why the site is not hitting the metrics is because of how they run the floor.
Ngayon, may transition na naman. I hope they do not get turned off with the way things are being run.

If I may add, yung ibang supervisors naman laging nowhere to be found. It's either on lunch, on break, in a meeting or kung ano pang mga ibang dahilan. Some are true, some are not. I feel like our team nga is not really appreciated. We exert efforts to make the account better, but, I feel they are treating us shabbily.

Hi, PS peeps! I will be resigning from the company effective April 30, thirteen days after I celebrate my first anniversary with PS.

Hey, I am not mad at my account's management team ha. I just don't like the way they run the floor. As far as PeopleSupport is concerned, I think this is one of the best companies. I take pride in being a PeopleSupport employee. I have the best words for PS.

true. i left ps december of last year untill now hindi ko pa nakukuha last pay ko. either wala ako sa list ng cheques na ready for pick up or laging hindi ko ma contact yung tao sa finance na nag handle ng last pay palaging voice mail lang nya ang sumasagot. i badly need my employee certificate pero sabi kasi ng ps sabay sabay daw lahat yun (last pay, back pay, emp certificate). goodluck to us :bop:

you need to schedule for pick up yung last paycheck mo.. usually evey thursday of the week (2-5pm) ang kuhaan ng pay check
so u have to call PS about it.....

nag babackground check talaga ang peopesupport. when i applied 8 months ago tinawagan nila *** previous boss ko e.
nag-apply ako sa ps ng april last year pero july na ko nakapagstart. so kapag hindi ka nila nabigyan ng start date nakapasa ka na. the thins is wala pa nga silang mahanap na account for you. the good thing is tumatawag sila *** kung may mga opening na tapos tanong ka nila kung smo gusto mo accnt. so kung makakapaghintay ***, wait nyo na lang ang tawag ng hr pero kung gusto nyo na agad mag work try to call hr para maclarify ang application nyo.
i hope that they are really doing a background checks, ive already received an email from them, it say there that they are still doing background check on me, and even asking for another contact numbers from 2 TL's that ive worked with. but they didnt give me the exact date of the actual start date of the training since i havent signed a contract yet. im really hoping that theyl call me on monday. i shouldve applied for the inbound sales position.

hi everyone. i applied at PS. i took all the exams and passed it. then this morning i went to their office coz i had an interview. Actually last week when they told me that i will be interviewed, i thought that i was going to be asked about computer stuffs coz i applied for TSR, but when i went to their office this morning, i was surprised that i was not interviewed as a TSR applcant instead i had a phone simulati0n. Totally unexpected. Actually there were three of us, and all of us applied for the same position. both of my friends were interviewed as TSR. i mean they were asked about computer stuffs, the kind of interview i expected. The three of us were interviewed on the sme time but in diffrnt rooms. so i had no idea what they had to. nyways, When i entred the room the HR instructed me on what should i be doing, a phone simulation. then after that, i was interviewd by the HR and was asked what happened. i told him everything and in the end he told me that i will take the 4-week training. and that's the only thing i got from him, i mean that i understood of all the things he said. he also said something bout "endorsng to the next..." thing which i clearly did not understand. the interview ended and i went out of the room and talked to my friends on what they did and what are the results f their interviews, they told me that they were just interviewed and that's it, they were told to come back on april but no exact date, they were not asked to take the training. also they did not have a phone simlation or whatsoever... i was all puzzled when i left PS office.
i have alot of questions running through my mind right now.. cn anybody here answer me pls...
can somebody answer these questions:
What does the 4-week training mean?
also can somebody complete the sentence, "i will be endorsing you the next...."? and what does that sentence mean?
also why is it that i was asked to do a phone simulation while my friends weren't when in fact the three of us applied for the same position..
please please please help! im so confused....
well i think *** sinabi nila na you will be endoresed to this 4-week training they might be referring to Planet or Comet. It's like a communication skills enhancement training even before the NHO or new hire orientation. Not all applicants are required to undergo this training.
with your friends situations, did the hr tell them that they passed the interview and just need to wait till april? if the hr told them that they passed then they just have to wait till april for their start date. pero gaya ng sabi ko sa previous post ko, sometimes tumatawag sila ng mas maaga kung may account na bagay sa yo.

may isang agent na NI ang 5th month evaluation for performance na dapat hindi na recommendable for regularization. Pinapaextend ni TM PJ for another 3 months.... since when did we have that rule in the account much less in ps!?
The decision on management part makes them look desperate.

Anyway, a lost of people really don't like the TM you mentioned. I have so many "why" questions but I'd rather keep them for myself and inside our team. Anyway, do you admire his leadership skill (if any)? I don't know why he is like a VIP in our account. Could it be because he came from the account itself?

Also, an intriguing story was relayed to me by my teammate involving a shouting match betweem TM and a supervisor. Too bad, she does not know the details of it.

Our account was not like this before. I don't know what happened. Today, I was able to find a station 30 minutes after my start shift. I don't like the hotseating set-up. After settling down, we were asked to transfer to another station only to be asked after 10 minutes to transfer again to another PC. But what really irked me was the verbal pressure for us to go on avail even without the tools completely and properly set up. How in the world can you take calls without your tools?
Haaay.
It pains me to severe ties with PeopleSupport, but, realizing how things are going in our account, I am very excited to resign.
By the way, elaine123, did I say I am very excited to resign?

i heard today there will be another stack ranking.... sigh...
no matter how much effort you put into doing what is right for the calls, they are time pressuring you as if they do not believe in prioritzing customer satisfaction and following the policies & procedures.
the top bankers who are hitting the aht benchmark were investigated and were soon terminated from the company. they were hitting the targets only because they were doing illegal or kalokohan. i admit i'm not perfect, i make honest mistakes. And we're only human not to be able handle very irate customers and tend to disengage the call or misroute the customer on purpose (just sometimes!). Our patience can only go that far. Try kaya ng management to take calls for one whole day without going beserk... hahaha....
gosh.. i really ended up using the site as a stress ball.
the account is entirely bad. i made a lot of good friends and that's one of the things that keep me going especially my favorite batch of transition agents! i love my batch 11 babies. and honestly, my tm is awesome, too =)

A lot of people are plan to resign from the account. It's funny, they are getting a lot of people in, but more people are leaving. Aren't they disturbed that our account has a high percentage of attrition?

[k]jwan, ano na shift mo? Ewan ko ba. I don't think management is not alarmed with the high attrition rate and the increasing desire of agents to resign. And correct, new procedure for escalation. For sure, maya-maya babaguhin na naman 'yan. Tapos the new directive is not properly rolled out pa. Some agents are still unaware of the new procedure. So kapag sinabihan mo yung agent about it, mamasamain and they will take it against the escalation agent.

My team was dispersed from the last shift bid so nawalan na ako ng gana sa account, since we never felt na gusto i-keep nung ex-sup ko *** team namin, so she handled a diff team, and one of my teammates / my friend since NHO was endorsed not to be regularized, *** ibang sup nga pinagtatanggol agents nila to be regularized. duh? sabi nya directive daw sa kanya not to endorse him! sobrang ewan, and iba't-ibang versions pa *** kwento nya nakakainis!
As for the management, para silang mga security guards na umiikot sa floor!

PS kasi has great benefits (the stocks are the only thing i liked there). sa IBM if you get to be Team Supe or TM, The company pays for your team building activities off-site (let me say it again! - offsite!) You request for cash advance and the company pays for it! San ka pa ? sa PS ***** - wala namang ganyan! kawawa mga team supe pagdating ng sweldo - sila pa magpapa-pizza. PS kasi has great benefits (the stocks are the only thing i liked there). sa IBM if you get to be Team Supe or TM, The company pays for your team building activities off-site (let me say it again! - offsite!) omg, so may iba pang tm na nakipag-sigawan sa conference room?! the story i heard points the guilty finger towards s.j. and i've heard one too many stories about him not to believe it happened. with the pressure and everything thats happening to the program, the tms are capable of doing anything.
if i remember it right, si s.j. and si sup s.c. had an argument which led to the shoutfest because she felt na di pantay yung workload niya and ng original rtp diva (na i really have no idea kung ano ang ginagawa kundi itanong sa mga agent kung kilala nila siya. how very ate luds/inday badiday of him, noh?!). basta nagkagulo silang tatlo and both sups nagpasa ng resignation. what happened next is quite blurry to me right now, di ko maalala.
so sinong tm ba yung sinasabi mo? initials? hahahaha....

Another TM and Sup shouting match este... loud discussion on the floor just occurred this week.... Secret na lang who! hehehe.... It happened during day time... that's the only hint i'm telling you guys! Even sups are getting fed up with management.
What's the deal with the new escalation procedure? I had like 3 mrg peeps seated around me during shift last night but i still had to raise my hand for a supervisor to dial the mrg vdn. I don't understand the logic behind the new escalation procedure. It's a waste of time and it's not making things efficient.

But if we just post our threads here why not do something about diba? We have THE VOICE. let's take advantage of it! Naks...ownership statement! I hate the new escalation procedure! it's so not efficient! We raise the stupid red flag for attention but it takes a good 5 minutes before we get noticed by a supervisor. number 2, the supervisor will just tell you to dial when they are supposed to call mrg and speak to an MRG banker before you're supposed to speak the mrg banker.
3. when you dial and speak to an MRG banker, they will piss you off (not all) and ask you "do you know the procedure? repeatedly" and they will keep asking you where your sup and your sup buddy is. i have not seen my sup buddy in weeks. 4. it affects AHT. 5. It gives extra unecessary work to the supervisors. Makes them stay at work even longer without OT pay. It's supposed to make supervisors assist the agents but it's not helping at all.

You have a point. Most of the time, supervisors just give verbal authorization to their bankers to dial the VDN. Ideally, they should be assessing the account first and explain to the MRG banker the issue. In my case, I don't ask too many questions anymore. Some of my co-MRG bankers still ask where their supervisors are, but, I'd rather take the call right away to avoid any 'miscommunication.'
Anyway, I had a very, very bad call today. Talagang dapat last call of the day pa mangyari yun. Haaaay.

guys ive decided to leave PS to go back to my former company, they've been calling me for the last 2 weeks to work for them and i might consider to go back there. i love PS but there are some things that i didnt like; like the salary that i should be getting, the account that i should be in, etc.. no offense to PS, i think PS is a good company. honestly? ive been hearing bad things about PS, that some of the HR people there might resign, trainers might resign and some tenure agents. i dont want to be affected by them franctly but i just cant see myself working for PS anymore, i deserve better things. thanks btw.

Grabe yong "ways-ways" ng ibang sup diyan..lahat na ng rason binigay just to avoid taking their own agent's escalated call. We also have visitors from the account earlier, so sobrang papapel yong mga people.. Hindi lang nila alam ang problema ng account natin....hahay.. the performance bonus that was promised to us (which was supposedly due last payday pa) is not credited pa.. We are so disappointed!!!!

Altwegg, there was one shift my #2 was watery i don't know why, tapos i had to go to the bathroom lots of times. don't worry it wasn't smelly! tapos we didn't have any aux1 i had to hold it in until it was my official break! bad trip! my sup wasn't always available so i couldn't ask for special aux1! stupid aux 1 rule. not fair to take it away from everyone. why are we talking about going to the bathroom? hehehehe....

since i was transferred back to production after coming from abay, i've been getting at least 100 calls a day. unlike when iwas in the day shift, madami na ang 60 calls. oks lang naman sa akin with lots of calls as long as the customer's don't give me a headache. one bad customer can ruin your day at tempting talaga magrelease :D
not all sups are bad though. i can name a few who really follow procedure and really look into the customer's account. i want to commend them to their tms for doing a good job! *okay*

Another TM and Sup shouting match este... loud discussion on the floor just occurred this week.... Secret na lang who! hehehe.... It happened during day time... that's the only hint i'm telling you guys! Even sups are getting fed up with management.
What's the deal with the new escalation procedure? I had like 3 mrg peeps seated around me during shift last night but i still had to raise my hand for a supervisor to dial the mrg vdn. I don't understand the logic behind the new escalation procedure. It's a waste of time and it's not making things efficient.

i agree.. So thats why MRG bankers are not so friendly.. I used to be "very" hehe:) friendly in the floor but when i started taking escalated calls last year, I changed a lot..lolz.. Honestly, i hope you guys will forgive us if we're rude sometimes..its just so hard to smile when you had a very difficult call and very upset caller. We are exposed to verbal abuse everyday yet they dont even care to make sure we're compensated.. (they tend to forget our performance bonus..):grrr:
I salute some sup though for following the procedure and for doing their job. Ibang sup naman (dont want to name names) dont even deserve their position.. mas matino and mas magaling pa yung bankers nila.. hahay.. sana may total revamp sa floor para di masayang yung pangalan ng PS.. hehe*peace*

one of your teammates or fellow mrg bankers was like that also. i couldn't talk to him when he was taking escalated calls. he was back to his old self when he became a telephone banker/mrg banker.he resigned na pala.
I understand naman why you guys are lilke that. nakakadrain talaga to take calls from irate and difficult customers. :mecry:

elaine123, today I went back to work. I'm still having occasional bouts of watery stools, but, I am much better now. Regarding the new escalation procedure, you are correct. I don't see any difference. Today, Banker A escalated a call by himself without flagging any available supervisor for help. Following procedures, I asked, "do you have your supervisor there?" Banker A replied saying, "she is on rest day and the sup buddy is nowhere to be found." So I said, "is there any available supervisor there because only sups can dial the VDN and endorse the issue/call to us?" Banker A replied, "Aaah. I can't find a sup eh." So sinabi ko naman, "okay I will be taking the call this time, but, next time, address it to any sup near you."
After placing notes on the customer's account, I went back on avail and Banker B did what Banker A did (dialled without supervisor's endorsement). Normally, I don't ask questions anymore, but, because Banker B's tone of voice seemed he was lying, I asked the questions mentioned above. Several escalated calls later, Banker A was escalating again without a supervisor endorsing it to us. So inuulit ko na naman yung spiel ko na, "next time, address it to any sup available."

Para akong ***** kasi paulit-ulit kong sinasabi na next time blah blah, pero nung nag-escalate ulit yung banker, hindi na naman nya ginawa yung dapat gawin.

Moments later, ganun na naman ang nangyari kay Banker B.
Anyway, elaine123, yup. Si Top Banker na tinerminate ay nasa 24/7 na daw at ang balita ko may warning na daw ang loko.

Pero sabi nga nila, if there something wrong, be part of the solution.. hopefully the management will give us a chance to suggest how we can improve the system.. i have so many to things to suggest if that is the case...
My first suggestion is to create a consistent program for MRG, bankers, and ATMs. This is to ensure that everything is well- defined. They need to make sure that the job description is clear. Speaking on behalf of the MRG, until now, they cant create a job description for us. How are we supposed to know on what really our functions are? or what our role is?
Second, they have to create an effective incentive program.The salary is given ..no question about that..but incentives are different.. Sabi ng friend ko, "pringles is good but we need cash".. hehe..Why is the performance bonus not consistent? sometimes meron sometimes wala.. Who ever gets good stats should get something extra on her/his payslip every month..hindi yung makikita lang natin yung mukha nila sa e-mail or sa board.. Also, whoever excels on R*P or M*X, should also get something..remember, that is upselling.. again, goodies is good but we need cash.. Hindi naman sa mukhang pera kaya lang thats given..if you wanted your people to perform well, make sure that they are motivated..
Third, to be a good leader one must be a good follower. How can we expect bankers to be/do good if their leaders are doing the opposite.? I heard/witness a lot of intances wherein sups/even TMs is doing an unacceptable behaviour. (e.g. the EOP policy, the Escalation procedure,etc.)Bottomline, make sure leaders promoted/hired deserves their title.
Fourth, certain policies should be (have been) reviewed.
- the AUx 1 removal..(mahirap po sir/maam..kc kayo pwedeng umalis ng station nyo anytime, how about us?)
- no AUX 3 policy.. ? where can you see an organization whch succeeds without team meetings. The sups have meetings but how about the bankers? Is our role limited in answering calls only? Are we not allowed to grow but giving us time to mingle with our teammates, discuss/ share good practices, etc.. When the account started not to allow every team to go on Aux 3 (kahit every week lang..), evrything became very gloomy...I would like to quote one of my co-MRG banker" Hindi tayo robot.. we need a break sometimes!!" Being in the call center is never an excuse for this..

Talking about suggestions to improve the account, this summarizes everything needed: TOTAL REVAMP.

Kidding aside, management may want to take a look at the factors why agents are not hitting the metrics. One important and effective management style is listening to your people and giving them feedback. I can feel the disappointment of agents who applied for higher positions, but, have not heard anything from management after getting an email confirming receipt of their applications. I mean, come on. Agents deserve to know if management thinks they are already ripe for promotion or not. In addition, mere listening to your people's grievances will make you a hero. You may not do action on their issues, but, hearing them is a very significant move.
Second, be firm. When management makes a decision, make sure a member of management team does not contradict it. This results to confusion on which policy to follow. Confusion creates chaos on the floor which could lead to embarassing stats.
Third, hire internally. People from within know what are the strengths and the weaknesses of the account. Getting supervisors from the outside may give fresh ideas, but, product-wise, their ideas may sound absurd. Agents who have grown with the account are highly-qualified to be promoted. And please, no palakasan system.
Fourth, do not exercise anarchy on the floor. Scrapping the Aux-1 seemed to be a suicidal attempt. Abolishing the Aux-3 team meetings proved to be detrimental. Taking out QA sessions seemed to be disastrous. Agents have the right to undergo meetings to address their strengths and weaknesses. How will an agent improve if he does not know the things that need extra attention?
Fifth, effective incentive program. I agree with blue_blooded21. Goods are fine, but, cash IS what we need. The reason why a lot of people are applying for call center positions is because of money. Munching on Pringles is okay, but, the money you spent for crackers could go a long way for other agents.
These are just some of my suggestions. I have a lot, however, my fingers are tired from going on. I am sure management is aware of this thread and I hope TMs pick up some points from here.

Altwegg is right, the account is relatively easy. i enjoy taking the calls compared to all the accounts i've been with in previous call centers i've been with.
We may posts negative comments in the thread but it ain't all bad. I suggest you guys try it out first before deciding based on our comments. joekristoffer, callcenterbum , good luck! don't lose despair! =)

Further suggestions. hope management reads this thread.
In my new job, the employees are well taken care of. Well compensated din kami and ample reward is given to performers. From Feb. 2006 up to now, 2 pa lang nagreresign due to an opportunity abroad. Ako na laging late at absent sa PS ay never pa nagaabsent dito and 3 pa lang late ko in the past 6 months that Ive been working here. Kaya halos non-existent ang attrition dito. Theres one TM in w**u who knows one of my colleagues here, so this fact can be attested. Clue: DR ang initials. Sobrang ganado din yung mga tao pumasok at ok performance namin sa trabaho bec inaalagaan kami ng mabuti. We are also not chained to our headsets. I heard kasi that aux 1 privilege was taken out after I left.

Guys, I just finished submitting my resume to 3 companies today..Im hoping ill find what I really wanted. I dont want to come the point na ma de motivate ako and it will destroy my perormance pa.. Bottomline, if your not happy with what you are doing, then leave it. Kun hindi lang sa team ko, I should have left a long time ago..hehe..
I will be on PTO for this week. Ill reflect a lot...hehe

*** officemate ko dati mejo nag feeling lugi sa sinerve sa kanyang termination case because of abandonment eh heller...lagi naman cyang tulog....ang problem is na excite masyado *** TL namin na iterminate *** kaya nakalimutan nya dumaan sa due process like first warning, second warning, suspension then termination....so ang ginawa ng agent nagemail sa dole for help...we were surprised by the quick response of dole kc nagpunta kagad sa office at kinausap ang HR...medyo natulungan naman *** ng HR kc *** general manager namin doesn't have a working visa here...tourist lang *** so napacify kagad ang agent para di na ituloy ang case....but eventually nagresign na lang ***...un lang...

Yeah. It's so sad to cut ties with a great company like PS. But with a mismanaged account like ours, leaving is the best option. Today, I had my last escalated call. Finally. Every customer who asks for a supervisor will be routed to the US. Tomorrow, we'll be taking production calls again. Haaay. Twenty-four days pa ang bubunuin ko.
Anyway, what's this I heard TM SJ is resigning on the same day I am leaving the company? If so, why?

i agree with you.. If the captain will be leaving the ship, well, expect a more difficult journey..Metrophile, how did submit an immediate resignation? Im planning to do it hopefully, end of the month....

He may have his own reasons that are unrelated to what is happening to the account. But then again, one can insinuate that his resignation has something to do with the 'chaos' on the floor.
Anyway, today, I was back to taking production calls. Nangawit ang ngala-ngala, pero, okay lang since wala gaanong stress. Tapos nakakainis lang, yung PTO ko hanggang ngayon walang feedback. Mayroon nang na-approve for the same day na nagfile at a much later time kaysa sa akin.

basta nag-submit lang ako ng resignation letter. i indicated na it is immediate, effective date so and so (in my case, it was april 5). wala nga yung sup ko nun kaya sa tm ako nagpasa.
