yearly increase depends on your performance. kung "S" lang ang nakuha mo it's roughly around 8% of your current basic pero pag AA or O definitely it's more than 10%. Kaya 400 lang natanggap mo kasi po prorated yan sa tenure mo. come next appraisal i tell you ang laki nyan lalo na pag maganda appraisal rating mo. Ako happy kasi AA ang appraisal ko kaya natuwa ako sa increase ko!

In regard to the basic of newbies, tutoong 13k starting pero once regularized papantay sila 15k and not 16k.

i don't believe that the veteran reps are resigning because the benefits are not competetive. in fact, tayo lang ang may medical benefit na up to P500,000 at walang limitations to room rates... syempre kung manganganak ka, di covered yun.

for me, i'd rather have newbies than have vet reps on the floor who have sub-standard performance. kaya nga may performance bonus para ibigay mo ang 100% mo. bato-bato sa langit tamaan wag magagalit.

a new bonus scheme similar to the newbies' retention bonus is being planned/worked out by HR, to be given next year...

hi, is anyone here from a travel account? di nyo ba napapansin na after three hurricanes (charlie, frances and ivan), parang queueing na ata lagi? parang naiinis ako sa dami ng calls ngayon, even sundays nga i get to have just 7 or 10 calls on the whole shift, ngayon umaabot na ng 20+....

do you ever think we are underpaid? i mean it's not an easy account, especially pag yung customers mo educate lang ang status tapos pa-irate-irate pa? kainis, kung minsan nga i think na we should be given the right to fight back on the phone if the customer gets too irate. geez, i hate qa and csat a lot pero i have to deal with it...

i think the underpaid are the ones who answer calls from multiple accounts(example: domains taking DR calls), and agents who can do multi-touchpoints. well, actually, not really underpaid, pero sana additional allowances be given to those agents kse shmpre mas madami silang skills di ba, na napapakinabangan din naman ng client.

regarding irate customers, well, you cant do anything about it na. it's part of the job, ika nga. but ang alam ko is, you can fight back if the customer verbally abuses you, pero shempre, dapat polite pa rin ang delivery mo. ask your sup on what you can do in instances like that, i think they can allow you to release the call if the customer doesnt stop shouting profanities at you. but double-check on that, ok? baka ma-misquote pa ko dito eh...

It went up to 120 when our team was temporarily cut in half because the other half went outbound on a special project for about two weeks. What made it worse was our very slow tool. It's tough, but it's bearable.

i did release the call many times kasi hindi na professional yung dating tapos they keep on cussing on the phone. i had the approval of my sup naman. sometimes lang nga, nakakainit ng ulo yung ibang customers, super ***** na nga...irate pa...eh di mo naman ma-release ang call coz they're not cussing...sometimes they are insulting and sometimes i become an irate agent...ayon, minsan sup call ang labas...pero most of the time i handle the calls well naman...

truth is, di ka naman makakapili ng sked eh. ako i spent my birthday, holy thursday and independence day here, at malamang pati christmas and new year andito rin ako kasi di ko rest day yon.

are you asking if we have work on saturdays and sundays? sagot jan, depende sa shift schedule na nakuha mo cuz hindi palaging sat-sun ang rest days na makukuha mo eh. pero generally, 2 days ang rest days, 5 lang ang working. unless you chose an 11x4 shift, kse pag ganun, 4 days ka lang papasok pero 11 hours/day instead of 9(kasama lunch kaya 9), and 3 days ang rest days mo. again, ang rest days, depende pa din sa sked na makukuha/ibibigay sa yo.

ok, so binibigay pala yung shift mo. 24/7 pala yung call centers. yung friend ng friend ko sabi 1 day lang daw yung rest day niya.

definitely hindi lang isa ang rest day. if you want, 3 days pa nga off mo gaya ng sinabi ni ladydredd. that's what we call 10X4 shift. 11hrs per day(including lunch break), 4 days a week. i was with that shift before but i find it really stressful.

with regard to sat/sun off, it depends on the account that you will be assigned to. tulad ko, since i'm in a financial accont, we follow the business hours in the states and we are on sat/sun off and no work on american holidays like thanksgiving, independence day, xmas and new year. ang di lang maganda sa ganitong account, mami-miss mo mag-morning shift.
