i'm just curious, i've heard a lot about the company
A friend of mind applied there a few weeks ago but hasn't received a call from them yet. I believe they just moved into their new office in Makati and that they're fixing up the place before hiring people. If I'm not mistaken, the starting salary is P16,500. It's a phone and email support company ata.

They are a US company also based here in the Phils. Help desk/ call center. Starting salary is P13,000. A friend of mine worked there for over a month but didn't get paid so he resigned and got a job at PhilamLife for the same amount.
My friend said he doesn't know what was actually happening with the company. They didn't even promptly infor their employees about the salaries ans stuff. Poor people - all work an no pay.

I had the funniest experience when I applied here back when their office was still in Libis. Basically, they give you an easy 15 item Internet test when you start off. I think once you pass that, you can do their next test. They're the only company I know that takes typing skills into consideration. I guess they need it.
Anyway, I've started with computers since I was really young so I could type pretty quick. While I was doing their typing test practice, I got a 100 percentile for that practice trial. The guy looked at me as though I was an alien. After that I had to take 3 more genuine-timed tests, all of which scored higher each time. When I left, my friend who was sitting beside me told me that they couldn't believe I had typed that many words in a minute. They checked and re-checked their typing program to see if something was wrong! I don't know about you guys but I find that hilarious!
Bottomline... If you're looking for a company where you can climb that corporate ladder and meet people that can help you get up, this ain't the place to do it. But if what interests you is purely the salary and you're a lazy bum who'd rather be a robot and sit in front of the computer saying "PeopleSupport, how may I help you?" 8 hours for 6 days... then this is your HEAVEN! :D

they used to be located at eastwood city, libis. i think they're in makati now. they prefer people with good computer background. the job's just like those in e-telecare, customer support/service.

About the salary thing, it is competitive I guess for the type of work that they ask you to do... "customer service".... but you got to do a lot of thinking before considering a "career" there... a job no prob.. but a career is something different... since it is similar to e-telecare and sykes, then the company is operating 24/7 which means that working schedule is on a shifting basis....with no holidays and permanent rest days and even permanent schedules(!) how would you like to go to work at 1am, 4am or anything of the like in the morning.... for "gimikeros" , no prob... but THINK about it... somehow, slowly, it's going to wipe out your social life with your friends.... the only people who would more often than not have time for you are your officemates... And for career growth and experience... naaahhhh.... really big time companies wouldn't care much nor less about your work experience there... so, if you're a person with big ambitions and want to a career big time, my advice is, don't go to companies like this... yes, they satisfy your needs for the moment, but in the long run, you will definitely regret it..... take it from me, i take it from experience and friends who experienced the same thing.... if you still don't believe me, then go ask people who work for such companies... or if not, find out for yourself... of course, everybody is entitled to his/her own opinion. good luck!

my friend works there. so far so good. yun nga lang di ko makausap ng matino. when i'm going to bed, she's on her way to work, pag ako naman ang ite-text niya, busy naman ako sa work. ewan ko lang kung pano ang compensation. mukhang ok lang naman. di naman siya nagrereklamo. pero yun na nga, yung sinasabi ng iba dito, i also don't think working there is a career move. if you're only starting out, magandang humbling experience siya siguro.

The atmosphere at PeopleSupport is more relaxing than etelecare's. And the entrance exam is much easier, reading comprehension and some internet stuff. I had my final interview already and I'm already shortlisted. They are already training a new batch of eReps last Aug.13, I heard. I'm crossing my fingers that a friend and I would be included in the next batch. For the meantime, we are offered a temporary job, one month lang. Not bad, at least we can do something while waiting. They are hiring all year-round I heard. Anyway, you can always call them for inquiries, accomodating naman and receptionist and they are really nice people, di masungit. Or check out their website at www.peoplesupport.com.
Some thinks that working at People is an insult to one's intelligence.. but you know, it's how you view your job naman e. What is important, you love what you're doing and you like the company. Yung mga salaries, bonus na lang yon! ;)

Anyone in that group? As for the work....it all about your initiative to render more work than your job description. Almost everyone starts in the entry level position except in special cases. As for the social life and career growth...it all depends on the individual involved. I personally get to do more things because I work on graveyard here. I have been avoiding traffic and the hot weather for almost a year now! If you are really good and full of ideas to improve the company's or your team's management style, you would surely be carefully watched and molded by the management. :)

Yup, I guess ok na rin dito.
Salary is competitive (although, the rumor is Sykes and eTelecare offer superior salaries...kaya lang mas maganda naman ang atmosphere dito).
We have our own rec rooms!!! You can play CounterStrike to your hearts content!! WE HAVE CABLE TV!!!! We have a NEW BILLIARD table!!!! Bago yung pantry sa 12th floor!!! AYOS!!!! MWHAHAHHAHAHA :teehee:

Curious... how "competitive" is it? They called me for exams this week... hopefully, I'll pass the exams.
Also--is it true that there's a 6 months probationary period, and that the pay's only 7K while on this period?

anyone help me please!
i called poeple's office regarding my applix and they scheduled me for an exam tomorrow afternoon. then, just a few hours earlier, someone called me from etelecare and scheduled me for exams tomorow din, same time as people's!
i've heard a lot about both companies and based on those things i think people is better in terms of the environment and work load (clients?). but i think etel's salary is higher than people's (is this really true?)
personally, i want people although etel pays better. but i still need advice from you, guys, who work in people.
btw, may i know what exactly is the starting salary in peoplesupport? and is the work there always in the graveyard shift?

Honga. I agree with this post, medyo masama ang dating ng post ni candyrain. And besides undergrads, IMHO, should be given the chance also to prove their stuff. At least PS is already opening out for undergrads who want to have the experience so they could pursue this as a career.
Anyways I might be trying out either this afternoon or on Monday (I'll call them first to confirm such) at the office for the opening for E-reps per project basis.

On the contrary, PeopleSupport is expanding. As for the starting salary, eTel and PS are practically giving the same starting salary as far as I know, give or take a thousand bucks.

Yes, a rehash more or less. That interview will just confirm the findings of the initial interview (oral English skills, willingness to work in shifts, etc). Furthermore, based on your answers, HR will know where exactly you will be placed. AFAIK, there are four accounts (I can elaborate no further) that need people, so your answers to that interview will be the basis for the team in which you will be placed.

Tips?
1. Speak in straight English. A whiff of anything not English could earn a frown. If you get a frown, tread carefully.
2. As much as possible, do not stammer. Speak slowly if you have to, but do not stammer. It is easier to train a slow speaker than a stammering speaker.
3. Think before you speak. And when you speak, be honest, and mean what you say.
4. Smile, like this: :)

I was actually planning to try out a call center for a part time job.
Another thing I can say to those applying, the best way to get the american accent is talk to fil-ams or fil-canadians in english and hang out with them as often. You won't notice but eventually, you'll pick up the twang even though not that obvious.

That very same day, a call center in Libis contacted me that I'm already scheduled for training this coming Monday after passing their super-tough exam (actually, that was tougher than PS') and the interview. I might have no choice but to undergo training with them in Libis.

This is something I posted in the call centers thread. I don't know how to copy smilies, so this posting doesn't look as funny as the one in the call centers thread. But here it is anyway:
---------------------------------
Hey there!
I've been working at PeopleSupport for more than a year now, although quite frankly it feels like I've been in the company for three years already. That's how being in a call center can age you. You have to deal with so much stress. At first you have to deal with client knowledge, and that can be hard if you're someone like me who was assigned to a very technical client when you graduated from a totally unrelated and non-technical course. Then you have to deal with the fact that you no longer have a normal life, because you're awake when people aren't, and you're days off can be something like Tuesday/Wednesday. Then there's the feeling that you're detaching from you're closest friends or worse your boyfriend/girlfriend because you don't have time to see them anymore. And added to all of that is the fact that every other call there's some idiot who's swearing at you because he has no idea what he's gotten himself into, and who's constantly putting you down because he thinks he know more than you do.
So why am I still working in a call center? Well, for one, I've finally begun to love my job, believe it or not. Don't get me wrong though. I've had two resignation letters that I created when I could no longer take the bull$#?+. Both were approved by superviors, but eventually withdrawn. But after one year at PeopleSupport, I finally have the feeling that I'm going to be staying in my job for a bit longer (not too long, though). First of all, I can no longer imagine being part of the regular world, where there are masses of people, where there is heavy traffic, and where there is sunlight. I can honestly say that I would probably experience culture shock if my next job was a regular Mon-Fri, 9AM to 5PM job. Then there's the fact that I finally grew to love our client. A lot of people think that all you do all day (or night, rather) in a call center is repeat lines and scripts non-stop over the phone like a brainless machine (half-true, I must admit). However, this obviously depends on the client that your call center works for. Our client is notorious for its irate callers and its extremely difficult and illogical system. I'm glad to say that I've finally mastered the system. I'm also happy that the people around me appreciate my work, and I like it when people ask my opinion on what they should do if they have a difficult case. The of course there's the PeopleSupport atmosphere, which I always loved and will always appreciate. We're very casual and laid back, and people are generally friendly --- as long as you don't work for the travel client. They've got a totally repressive culture.
Of course there's also the pay. For the benefit of those who don't know (although it's probably already been discussed previously in this thread), at PeopleSupport your starting pay is 12T, and after 6 months (if you last that long), it turns in 15T. That's your basic, entry-level gross income. Of course, with night diff you get around 8T each pay day (and take note, that's NET pay), and with overtime and holiday pay you can get as much as 10T each pay day for your net pay. That's more than what some people get for their gross monthly income. Yeah, I've been blinded by the money. But you have to understand, my career goals were clear to me even before I got my first job. I'm only going to be working so I can save enough money to start my own business. Once my business gains ground and I'm more or less financially stable, then I'll be a college teacher. I've always wanted to teach college, specifically at UP (because that's where I graduated). Quite frankly though, I don't think UP could pay me as much as PeopleSupport could. Which is why I'll need a business on the side if I want to maintain the lifestyle I've become accustomed to. The only way I can think of to gain enough capital quickly enough to start my own business is if I work at a call center.
So there. I respect the opinion of those who totally hate call centers. I was one of you not too long ago. But hey. Work isn't everything. I think part of the reason why I made peace with my job is because I've shifted my focus to other aspects of my life. I've started dating again, I've started reading literature, and (since my rest days are thankfully Friday and Saturday nights) I've been able to see my friends more frequently. Yes, the work sucks, and it definitely isn't normal, but I've come to terms with it. Hope you CSRs out there come to terms with it to. Otherwise I hope you find work that you truly deserve and enjoy...
PS: There was a PExer asking if it was better working in PeopleSupport or in Etel. Well, you might earn more at Etel by like a thousand bucks or something, but at PS we've got no dress code (just as long as you don't come to work naked), and once you're a regular employee you get 15 days sick leave and 15 days vacation leave each year. At Etel you only get 12 days, and that's COMBINED sick leave and vacation leave. So compare 12 days off with Etel to 30 days off with PS... And from what I hear from friends who've been at Etel for over a year, PS definitely has a friendlier crowd --- as long as you don't work for the travel client.

pros and cons in working for etel and ps:
ETEL
pros: higher pay (a thousand or two more than PS)
mabilis ang response ng hr
mabilis din ang recruitment process (my friend got hired the day that he submitted her resume)
cons: less sick / vacation leaves
ang shift sked VEEEEEEERY erratic (my friend's sked changes day to day. there came a time na everyday iba ang shift niya. kahit restday niya pinapapasok sha dahil may absent sa team niya. di ko alam kung ganon pa rin ngayon)
mashadong wide ang gap between management and CSRs
may dress code
napaka-taas ng turnover (maraming nag-reresign bec di na nila kaya yung erratic change in sked. biro mo sometimes everyday)
PeopleSupport
pros: high pay (12T starting. after 6 months, 15T. if you get promoted, add ka ng 20% [this is just an estimate] sa salary)
the only corporate company i know that has playstation n billiard table. (they have cable tv din)
may sleeping room sila
management makes it a point to get close to the CSRs and even to their friends (would you believe that kahit hindi ako empleyado don i get invited to company events. pinakilala lang ako ng friend ko sa isang american vp during one of my visits to their office. i don't think they did that to woo me to join them kasi they haven't invited me.)
atmosphere is very positive.
:D)
supervisors are given the chance to interact with the client. my friend who's a supervisor gets to run the show in meetings with VPs / Presidents of their clients. (supervisors are exposed to big bosses there. not just team managers, account managers, operations managers, etc...). i sat kasi with him in one of his conference calls. the people on the call naman don't know that i was in the room.
as much as possible, change in shift happens every two months.
cons: matagal mag-respond ang hr. (FYI, sa 1000 applicants, 1% lang ang nakakapasa sa PS)
matagal ang recruitment process
hindi convertible to cash ang unused Sick / Vacation leaves
that's it. yung mga sinulat ko based sa mga sinasabi sa akin ng friends ko who worked in the said companies. sabi nila karamihan ang mga taga-etel lumilipat sa pipol kahit slightly lower ang salary. pero they haven't heard of anyone that transferred to etel from PS. (siguro meron din pero konting konti lang siguro). and yung iba kong comments sa PS , based sa observations ko when i was in their office, and during their functions.
BTW, i forgot to mention that sa PS lang ako naka-experience na sabihin sa mukha ng isang VP na "you're such a *****" ng isang CSR. siyempre this was during one of their functions where everyone is in a relaxed mood, and the CSR meant it in a joking manner. pero kung gawin mo yan sa ibang VP kahit na pabiro, nakow lagot ka. sa ibang company, kahit na gimik dapat pormal pa rin pakikitungo mo sa mga bosses.
ayan, sinulat ko ang mga feedback ng mga kaibigan ko about the call centers. sorry at hindi ko nasali ang sykes. wala akong kilala don e.
good luck sa mga nag-apply sa etel at ps!

I was from PS, and my contract just expired a few weeks ago. It's really fun working there. Very positive, laidback, and open ang vibe. Saya ng mga tao.
Very friendly and accomodating mga tao sa floor. Also, you get to be friends with the management. PeopleSupport is a relatively young company, so ibang mga managers dun, nasa mga early 20s lang. Even the top bosses from the States are friendly.
PeopleSupport's clients are high-profile, big-time companies in the States, just like the IT client that I worked for. And in response to those who belittle the work of Customer Service Representatives, d mo masasabi na "telephone operator" ka lang pag nag-work ka dun. Try working there and you'll see how tough and demanding the job is. Napudpod ang brain cells ko while working there because you really have to study or at least review everyday. Highly-motivated ka mag-work kasi you try to represent that company the best way you can.
The company also boasts of the latest in IT technology. I think PS will be getting the latest from avaya.
And just like what ZephyrInTheSky wrote, there are indeed a lot more benefits, especially sa leaves. Besides, marami ring opportunities na nagkaka-cash incentives ang mga employees.
I also ask my friend from etel just to compare, and she says that although medyo mataas ang salary niya sa akin ng konti, she's not as happy or as contented as I am. Kaya i think it's still more fun (and worth it) in PS.
Sa mga People eReps na makakabasa nito, esp those who work for the IT client notorious for its irate callers, Hi! and Good Luck sa inyo! ;)

Hi, guys!
I'm just so glad that PEX is back. Anyway, I'm working at ETel right now and so far, it's been great. I do have my complaints, but these are regular stuff that reps whine about anyway.
I'd like to ask the reps at PeopleSupport or at least their friends perhaps to update information given here about the company. I could give some updated basics about ETel:
- starting salary is 10-12k depending on what program you're in
- transpo allowance of 1k every month (add'l daily of 100 if you're shift ends or starts anywhere b/n 10 pm to 5 am)
- training bond is from 6 months to 1 and a half year
- higher holiday pay (up to 150% of basic pay) and 30% night diff.
This is as far as I know. The people are generally great!
So what's the score with PeopleSupport?

I would've been at PeopleSupport a few months ago but HR called in too late. I had a job then and I was too stupid to leave that mediocre job back then. I'm happier working at a call center instead of a regular 8-5 job.

Two and a half years already, and I yet have to experience delayed salaries. :)
The night differential rate for GY reps is much higher than the industry standard, so if you work on the GY shift, you will definitely earn so much more. I don't think I'm at liberty to discuss everything else though. But I think what I've written will suffice.

ilove323, as with any other callcenters that cater to american clients, you will be assigned to take on different shifts, mostly on graveyard.
as with PS' advantages, you have a lot of benefits especially when you get regularized. disadvantages. hmmm... i can't really point out one. are you referring to the company it self or working on a call center?

Tough.
Advantages.
- good starting pay
- lots of young people (22-26), friendly too
- vibrant environment
- open-door policy
- hardly any sales involved, more on customer service and tech support
Disadvantages
- shifting schedule
- it's not that easy to file a VL due to coverage concerns, but if the lead time is good enough, you won't have problems
- lots of pressure, both from within and without
- it can get boring at times

This new account has just taken in about 90 people in the last three weeks. It's an indication that it's a big client. Promotions for supervisory positions are inevitable. With 90 people (and more to come in the next few weeks), that's at least 6 supervisors and one team manager in the next 4-6 months. So yes, it would be a good time to join PS. And aside from travel client (I wish people would stop posting the names of the accounts/clients), this new account is also in need of new reps.

I know hehehe isn't that part of the non-disclosure clause thingy? Errr, the new account is somewhat related to the Credit business. But there's no numbers involved. And even if there was, PSU (that's the Training Dep) makes sure that you know everything that you need to know regarding the account.

I just had my tests, interview and simulation today. The guy that conducted the interview said that my chances of getting hired were pretty good and that they would call me before the month ends. Does this mean I'm assured of a job already..... or do they say this to all the applicants? Matagal ba talaga ang waiting period between the interview and the start of the training? Do they inform you ba if you failed the interview or simulation, or do they just not call you? I mean, do they do that? Say they will call, and then yun pala hindi ka nakapasa?

Just keep your communication lines open, livs (home phone, cellphone, whatever). HR really sends you home after all those stuff, because they have to do reference checks as the last part of the recruitment. So better make sure that the references that you gave them will be available for HR to contact. Good luck!

phone interview - involves role-playing where you will be a CSR and then a situation will be given. no matter what happens, be alert. even if you're not talking to a real customer, it can be tricky
internet quiz - learn what thos acronyms mean
english exam - like i said, good luck!
typing exam - make sure you can type with a speed of at least 30 wpm
as for the interviews, just be calm, confident, and market yourself as much as you can. focus on your strengths. and be honest. hr people here conduct ref checks so make sure the people you put on your resume are people who know you well, and people you can trust. and please don't put your mother or your relatives or friends. place the names of your former teachers, guidance counselors, employers (hr and direct supervisor), etc. you won't get a job offer if hr can't contact at least one of your references.

Hitman, I feel so st*pid..... I think I failed the role-playing, naunahan ako nga kaba (tapos jingle na jingle nako and ang ginawginaw). Men, bad trip talaga, eh that's what I do in my former job, handle irritating customers... bad trip. This st*pid thing I did is one in a million!!!! If I take the test again, surely I'll pass with flying colors!!! Naiinis ako, minsan talaga if you are over confident (or if you feel you are), palpak ang result! BAD TRIP!!!
I passed the exams, typing exam and the interview. I guess they were impressed with me - not being boastful ah :-). Kaso mukhang sumabit sa role-playing. Sama talaga ng loob ko.

As long as your English was great during the role-playing, your chances are great. Training will develop (or redevelop) your confidence and calm when handling irate callers. Call in two days? It's a good sign, imo. Just wait for their call. If two days pass without receiving a call from them, you can make a follow-up.

Typing speed should at least be 30 wpm.

I just underwent training for one week, including one graveyard shift and a 'nesting' period. Problem is.... that was almost two weeks ago. Work Force still hasn't called me about the schedules. Anybody know anything about what happened to PeopleSupport's new account?

That's odd. Are you sure you aren't supposed to come in on a particular shift? From what I know after nesting, you're supposed to go live already...the new account is currently live.

They said that Work Force will be calling us. I'm still waiting for their call. I'm one of the part time ereps for the new account supposedly. I've been checking my email account with Peoplesupport and so far I haven't read of any new 'spikes' with the new account. So I think I'll just call Work Force next week to make sure. Maybe I didn't pass the training?

Your friend has to go through the entire process again. Submit resume, wait for schedule of exam, interview, all that. AND. He should have left the company in good terms before.

Yes, we accept part-timers. Send your resume online at applicants@peoplesupport.com.
If you have applied and failed, you can re-apply only after six months (during which you can improve your credentials or at least improve your skills). The exam has not changed, and has never changed. So, for those who applied but failed, try remembering the questions that you encountered. Sorry, I can't provide more useful tips on the actual contents of the exams; it's been three years since I took them.

I know Hazel. We used to be in the same shift. I left kasi nagkaron ng politicking noon, saka biglaan yung downpour nung volume and bagong responsibilities. Madami ding nag-resign after I did. More than a year na din akong wala sa PS. I still have friends there, most are TLs and SMEs. Meron din sa QA. Ayun lang.
Ang pinakamahirap na test ninyo will be for Worldspan. Dun ako natutong mag-yosi... sa sobrang STRESS. May mga ka-batch na after years na hindi nagso-smoke, bumalik sa pagyoyosi dahil sa Worldspan! Hehehe! Ingat ka dun. Aral ka mabuti. I suggest you take down A LOT of notes during Worldspan.

Hello ulit LanaLang! Wow, pareho pa pala tayo from travel team. Sino mga ka-batch mo? Baka magka-batch pa pala tayo..hehehe
Anyways, ang dami nang bago sa PS. Andun pa din si FJ pero matagal nang wala si KY, in fact nauna pa sya sa akin umalis. I know Hazel, it's nice to know trainor na pala sya...also JE i know this guy, he's nice.
I wuz from PS din and resigned for the same reasons you mentioned. However, before trying it out sa AIG-BPSI, I was considering to go back again at PS...so I took the exams and had an interview pero I didn't know na when they said ASAP as in start na ka agad talaga! It was surprising kasi when I applied b4, it took them a month to process everything pero I guess advantage na rin ***** that I was a former employee....the thing that "sucks" is that they wanted me to start with the same salary as I had when I was a newbie, I tried to reason out that I was regularized already and receiving 15T++/month. Well, they said I will be assigned in a new account (tech daw) and I have to start again. It was totally crap so I defer my application for a couple of weeks and buti nalang I got in nga sa AIG.
IMO, a lot of good people had left PS with reasons that could have been avoided or remedied. On the other hand, good thing there are still some good and smart people left working there. I hate to see PS going down the drain in say... a few years from now just because they let all of their good people go. Well, keep cool dwein_coolblue and hope to see you LanaLang. Cheers!:)

Hmmmmm.... the reason why you guys resigned is because of stress and politics? Di naman nawawala yun sa mga company. Sana kayanin ko.....

Just PM me for things(or persons) that I have to..... you know, iwasan or wag gawin. Heheheheh, kailaingan ko kasi ng work, hirap buhay ngayon! ;)

i think a handful of the other half are still there, either as SLs, PSs or SMEs and a few have transferred to other accounts.

Most PS people are happy, imo. And why not? Environment is great, atmosphere is great, working conditions are great, and the people are great. HR people are doing a great job keeping the employees' morale at a high level. I guess it's the accounts themselves that cause problems. Especially travel :glee:. The (domain) tech client used to give us problems, but now the volume has gone down to a bearable level so the reps are happy. ISP tech, credit, and the gen team have really low mortality rates.

a lot of call centers are trying to copy PS in the way the reps are managed. there's this one call center that used to have a business attire policy but got rid of it because they saw how PS reps are more relaxed and, therefore, productive. but it's way more than that. you can really see that management is always looking for ways to attend more efficiently to the reps' needs.
overall, working in PS is not like working at all. it's really like college only with a more stringent schedule adherance rule. just make sure you follow that and everything else management will help you improve on. granted some companies pay a little more but you will never get from them the same kind of vibrant atmosphere and pampering PS gives its reps. you can quote me on that.

Repressive rules? Haven't heard of any so far. I know of sups who have/had romantic relationships with co-workers. No big deal, as long as it doesn't affect their performance, and their co-worker doesn't receive special attention (leniency on breaks, better schedules, being more receptive to accepting sup calls, etc.)

Lovers prohibited from sitting beside each other? Ahh yes, I've heard of that, though I don't have the specifics. I think that's an exceptional case because that kind of situation would result in lovers paying more attention to each other than to their calls since they are seated so near to each other. But apart from that, I know of sup-eRep relationships within the same team and I haven't heard of any steps that were taken to separate them.
As for the faucets, well, that's beyond PS admin's control. If you wish, you can write the building administrator (Philam). :)

With the launching of the Professional Development courses, PS is now more than just eRepping. And if you're not interested in these courses, you can always ask for more tasks from your supervisors (with no extra compensation of course). Back then, I used to actively contribute to our team's support site, a very useful tool for our troubleshooting activities. I didn't get an extra centavo for it, but it sure wiped out the boredom of my days. :)

Yes, you can work part-time somewhere else, as long as it does not in any way affect your performance in PS, does not conflict your schedule here, and it's not in another call center. You just have to inform your supervisor and HR about it. :)
Ano ba mga schedule niyo? Ako kasi AM (regular office hours) eh. Pag alam ko na mga sked niyo, subukan nating mag-setup ng EB. Oh, and I work somewhere here in the WF/IT area. Near the area that looks like an internet cafe :glee::lol:

You must have mistaken me for somebody else. I'm not from Travel, never was. I first worked as a tech rep for a client that terminated their contract with PS last September 2001. That was when I transferred to my current department. :)

joey_sixdigit: Try calling up our HR dept and ask first for the status of your application. Inform them that you applied last month and that you have not been called again after your phone interview. You might still be on the active file. No harm in trying. :)
