allergy caused by exposure to sunlight

my skin turns red and itchy when exposed to sunlight for 15 mins.. and i always bring allergy medicine with me, which i find it so uncomfortable. i have to avoid going to beaches or go swimming. and when i hit the fairway, i have to wear longsleeves, and apply sunblock on my expose skin, but still find it so itchy. i find this kind of allergy so inconvenient.

i've been trying to search the internet for cure, but i cant find any known cure for this allergy. guys, any idea?
