Well regarding sa queue, its only stable kasi binawasan muna yung queue para makabawi yung center. Its normal tuwing bagsak ang center na ibaba muna yung queue. Pero expect it to be back to normal by Oct. ;)

Lapit na nga 13th month, sana maagang ibigay at wag na paabutin ng december.

He offered bellsouth kaya lang from what i heard its purely tech support at mejo mahirap..is this true ba? like u will have to pass a certain certification before u can be a part of bellsouth? o parang PST lang din?..how true po? and can anyone give me li'l background of what you guys are doing? are u like sprint people ba na parang all a around whether it be a business acct, technical issues and even collections *** bagsak lahat?

Aside from that I think we still have this sort of a proficiency test but this time for communication skills usually conducted by people offshore. you do this over the phone. With your background, I dont think you'll have a hard time going through the two steps.
With regards to the program itself, its purely technical nga but its customer satisfaction driven.. hope that would be enough for you

Walk-in applicant ako kanina sa Convergys Alabang. Nasibak ako sa initial interview pa lang hehehe.

Ano ba tamang sagot sa tanong na ganito? Pangalawang beses ko pa lang nag-apply sa call center. Yung una sa E-Telecare sa Makati. Hanggang 2nd interview lang ako tapos sibak na ko hehehe.

May schedule pa ko ngayong week sa E-PLDT (Makati) and Accenture (Robinson's Cybermall).

Tips naman dyan kung pano malusutan yung mga interviews sa call center.

relax ka lang muna.mahirap gawin pero kailangan yun.pag nataranta ka e ang gulo ng isip mo hindi ka makasagot ng tama nauutal ka pa.hindi naman kailangan sumagot agad, buy time, sabihin mo saglit lang <"can you give me a few moments to collect my thoughts?">that'll buy you around a minute tops.hindi naman nag hahanap ng tamang sagot yan e, pinapakiramdaman lang kung yaka mo ba mag inggles.kung magaling ka mag inggles e di yaka mo na yan pero pag di gaano wag kang pasikat.don't use big words like discombobulate or tryst otherwise you're just painting yourself ito a corner.wag kang mag a-a-accent pati.hindi naman requirement yun e.express before impress my friend.
