Do they offer the same basic pay there? Baka kasi provincial rate lang, gusto ko sana lumipat ng lugar para maiba naman. :D

as per experience living there, lets say your basic in manila is 13k, if your in baguio 13k is sobra....

PS cant possibly put up a center in SM. wala nang space dun. unless dun sa dating SM pines kaso parang maliit parin. pwede ba kung sa cooyeesan mall (sensha na kung wrong spelling).

just got back from Baguio kagabi.
yes, PS will temporarily be using the building they initially constructed for SM.

That PhP8,000 thing is not for PS-Baguio, the figs are the general salary figs for Baguio. Siguro naman sa PS-Baguio it's a bit higher. :D That coming from a former PS employee, apply na till the 17th!

Anyways coming from an ex-PS Employee (which is me) well Who would freaking believe that PS would be giving 8k as basic... I don't think so, Client Logic in Loakan gives 12k... and besides PS won't do such a crap.

Of all the companies I;ve been, PS is the best in terms of compensation package, employee, open door policy and the "Live Work PLay" thingy...

SM pines would be the temporary location but Operations would be on Q1 of 2007 (hopefully on Jan 2007)-> this accdg to my resources...

1st Job fair eas held @ CAP Bldg... but the coming Job Fair on the 24th would be at SFB 1st Ground flr. Baguio City.....

Client Logic only gives 8k for basic salary, minus 1500 training bond every pay day (that's 3k/month, training bond is cut 4 consecutive times after your 1st salary) , you have 5k left, plus 1250 transpo allowance, 750 rice allowance, and 20 percent ND. Oh yeah...minus the tax. :love:

this is equals 8600 (tax is still not deducted)

I would say, its not worth it.

QA's gets 17k/month

Tier2's/PS's (Product Specialist/Technical Supervisors) gets1,200 increase on their basic. (if you get regularized after 6 months, u get 1k increase)

Note: The Transpo and Rice allowance is only given once a month.
