bakit kaya ganun..i take exercises in the morning..then ayun..parang tumataba pa ata ako kaysa sa dati...mas maganda ba sa gabi para pag after mong mag exercise e tulog na lang...or pagkagising naman e..kakain ka ng breakfast...kaya parang ayaw ko nang mag-exercise...WORSE, ngayon ko lang nalaman na nakakataba pala ang SUSTAGEN PREMIUM...waH!!!!!!

Add a healthy, low-cal diet or better yet a healthy lifestyle to your weight-loss regimen. And, yes, nakakataba ang Sustagen Premium. :D

Exercise, or any physical activity, done at whatever time of the day, will not (and never will) make you fat. The only thing that will make you fat is the calories you're taking in that doesn't get burned. Sustagen is a high-calorie nutritional supplement, and is even prescribed to patients that need to gain weight. Combine your exercise with dietary restriction.

Gotta have determination in losing weight. Stick to the exercise, have a good low calorie diet, and sleep early no matter what.

Try those low or non-fat drinks...they can really help.

Not true at all. Rice has long been maligned in this country as something that's fattening, but unless it's fried, rice has relatively low calories gram per gram compared to, say, tuna. You'll notice that dieters in other countries even eat rice whenever they're on diet. Intake of calories in excess of what you burn up daily is the only thing that will make you fat--high carbo/fat/protein diets or daily exercises won't.

genzo: im helpless mag-gym na lang ako...hey..nag gy-gym ka ba? post ka sa new thread ko..hehehe... :) sabi nila yung mga non-fat milk daw nakakataba ng bones? imbes na nakakapayat? (totoo ba to doc ira? :) )

halik: naku matakaw ako sa rice...lalo na pag masarap ang luto ni inay... :*)

Nonfat milk does not make the bones fat. This concept does not exist--your bones cannot get fat.

By the way, I moved your gym thread to the Travel and Lifestyle forum, since it's more appropriate there.
