i prefer jobstreet. you see the status of your application.

Jobstreet... user friendly, and you even see how many times the employer looks at your resume. I never got scheduled for an interview with JobsDB. Although there are more openings posted on JobsDB.

Walk-in applications are still more effective.

In my case mas ok JobsDB, I've got 4 responses since last month, but I turned down their offer.
Jobstreet kasi parang pag wala kang Priority Application di ka napapansin ng mga employers. I hope i'm wrong though.

jobstreet of course.. they have a bigger employee pool compared to jobsdb.. i think the only reason why you see more posts on jobsdb is because most of them are agencies and they tend to spam the openings.. ^_^

all my jobs (3 so far) i've gotten from jobstreet.. and all of em are quality employers.. ^_^

i prefer jobstreet, mabilis *** feedback ng employers tsaka nakikita mo status ng applications mo.. unlike in jobsdb, ang bagal magload lalo na paglogging in part na nung website plus bihira magkafeedback.. matagal tagal din.

Personally, I prefer Jobstreet because it works with Firefox. I can't get JobsDB to work with anything other than Internet Explorer. And I'm speaking as both as a recruiter and an applicant. :)

ahhemmm..share ko lang opinion ko...both are the same. Calls would depend on the company who have read your resume..But why don't you try Manila bulletin sunday edition...only few jobhunters read newspapers..most rely on internet.. that would give you a very good chance to get a job..like me!! my two previous companies were from "dyaryo". Less ang competition.

sa current work ko *****, I got this through jobstreet. Pero tulad nung sabi nung isang pexer, maasahan pa din **** yung ads sa manila bulletin kasi nasa training stage na ko nun sa company na nakuha ko thru classified ads (di ko lang tinuloy). Please note though that sometimes, comapnies advertise both in jobstreet/jobsdb and through Manila Bulletin... pero ayon sa mga nasabi sa call center thread, there's greater chances of being hired if you're a walk in applicant.. :)

Uhm... even from an HR point of view, hindi naman yata zero-sum ito. Using one, isn't going to stop you from using the other.

I'd go for Jobstreet. Dun ko nakita *** advertisement ng inapplyan ko last Monday. Then just yesterday, after my exam and interview, I have the job offer. I'll be starting with them first week of May. ;)
