My boss runs 3 stores, retailing ladies fashion. Periodically, We need posters, for promotion, and I went through much hardship. Most depressing, it was, that the designer, did not quite , purposely or not, outlay the correct, exact theme , as my boss need.

Last week, his idea change again. He like red theme with flowers as decoration last week. But after the designers complete all layout, all the designs were turned down. How can I figure out what his mindset? AH?

He ask me to find out the other design team and reject to pay. I have 10 days left, before the promotion period.

Missing that promotion, I would be suffered. I am always busy busy and busy. But my boss only sit at his room, surfing through internet, doing the stupid clicking works..:grrr:

Peter, I can symphatize with your problem and that your blowing off steam ... but I don't think this doesn't have anything to do with the 'Hobbies and Recreation' thread. It would be better if you moved it in 'Buhay Pinoy' or 'Working Filipino'.

There will always be Fickle-minded a$$holes so don't stress that much. Dude lapit na pasko kaya chill ka naman.

puro ka angal. why don't you try to run 3 stores? tignan natin kung hindi ka mabaliw. how dare you question your boss's activities! so what if he surfs the internet all day? ikaw ba ang nagpapasuweldo sa kanya? pera mo ba ang ginagastos niya? ano ngayon kung papalit-palit siya ng ideas? may batas ba na bawal magpalit ng ideas?

you're paid to follow orders. kung hindi mo kaya, get the hell out of that company para hindi masayang ang perang pinambabayad sa iyo.

while i agree that the boss can do anything, i feel that it isnt good being percieved that im not doing anything as a boss, pag lazy perception sa boss minsan nagiging lazy lahat ng employees nagiging culture.. opnion lang

Scene 1. You do this! I make execution proposal including expenses.... His reply, WHAT!? WHY IS THIS SO EXPENSIVE....

I have a friend like that before, he's a boss. halos lahat ng empleyado nya sa akin nagrereklamo dahil hindi nila kayang sabhin sa boss nila. I tried to tell them that my friend is a good friend but not a good boss because he didn't want to be a boss, he didn't even want to be a lawyer. He loves to rock. anyway, nagadvise lang ako sa mga empleyado nya na habang nagwowork sila maghanap din sila ng ibang mapapasokan para makalipat na sila. ganun na nga ang ngyari at paulit ulit umaalis ang mga emplyado nya then he maybe realized his mistakes at sinarado mga shops nya. He did it and started a gay band!!! hehehe. now that is sh!t. :lol:

lesson learned: start to look for another job while you are employed, your boss may not change his attitude. easier to say than done, isn't it? but do you have any options? Your boss is not for you, and you are not for him.
