there is, try to eat red or brown rice instead of white. recommended by my mom's doctor.
the main culprit is the rice that is why get fat. but the red and brown rice is different.
try it.

It never was and never will be rice alone. its excess calories
Let me ask you this, why is it that Filipinos are getting fatter every year despite the reduction of rice consumption? its the excess calories they eat from other food sources.

Bread is one of the biggies (enemies). Rice is the friend of the Asian metabolism, in moderation, and in balance with other foods.

^ lol :D hehehe
anyway, i guess the most important is self control... you should control what you eat and take note of kung ilang calories ang dpat mong intake everyday.. so even if kumain ka ng 5x a day as long as you maintain your calorie intake eh ok lang, you're still on a diet :)

May diet ba na nakakabusog?
you can simply eat more palatable veggies like asparagus and carrots... this is great for the skin and veggies make you feel fuller... i also like to eat tuna... it has less calories... i still eat white rice and i'm not fat at all... another tip: always have a tea after eating because it helps digest and release the toxins and fats from your food

Eat food that has lots of fiber in it.

The word "diet" itself is misleading, as most people think lack of food as soon as they see the word. A diet or "meal plan" does work as it will show an individual what, when and how much they should be eating. Eventually, you would adapt your lifestyle to support the "meal plan" and it becomes self maintaining.
Eat 5-6 smaller meals throughout the day instead of the traditional: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Watch your intake of fatty foods and make healthy decisions at restaurants.

marami kung sa maraming food and nakakabusog. Nanadyan yung rich in fibers like fruits and vegetables especially kamote. Ang mahirap alisin yung cravings. Yung bang kahit busog ka na may hinahanap hanap ka pang kainin. Try mo South Beach. Sabi nila nakakaalis daw yun ng sugar cravings dahil low sugar/carbs daw ito (i.e. no white stuffs like bread, rice and sugar). Pero para yatang ang taba uli ni Sharon Cuneta na nag-South Beach diet din.
