Software Development Sideline Hourly Rate

How much is the per-hour charge (range) when working on a sideline? Please specify whether web-app, desktop (m$ or otherwise) or client-server. I need basis for charging.

Think of how much you should get monthly if it were a fulltime job and divide it by the total number of working hours in a month.

Depends on your position. If you are a senior developer, your rate is high. You can provide to the client your previous projects as basis.
