My answer is:

Security guard.

Why?
- 3 to 4 weeks of schooling
- they get to receive 8k to 15k a month salary

Comparing to other courses like commerce, medicine, engineering where a person spends thousands or millions of pesos in 4 to 10 years of study.

I'm not sure if you're sarcastic or serious.

The most profitable job would be that of a fortune 500 CEO. For example in 2001 Larry Ellison, CEO of Oracle, received a compensation package of more than $700 MILLION!

For the threadstarter's sake, I hope he's joking (hmn..can't see any smileys). Otherwise that would be one of the most misguided posts I've read.

To be honest, there's a semblance of truth in what he said.

Security guards do earn that much per month, well... since they have 12-hr shifts.

Although the risk they have to take in doing their jobs, IMHO is not worth their salaries.

Hi,

I am serious, now with a smily :) (serious)

Also PMAers. Correct me if i am wrong:
They study for free plus allowances, and when they're working they receive decent 5 digit salaries.

In the course of 4 years studying my mga opportunities na kakatok, tulad ng isa sa classmeyt ko noon, dahil namaintain nya *** scholarship nya inoferan sya ng Japanese Gov't for another scholarship and job after graduation and he was one of the top 10 sa Electrical Eng'r Board Exam in fact sa batch nya 3 sila ang naka pasok sa top 10.

5 digits for them now is very easy to achieve.

Kung pagod na pagod ka sa trabaho lalo nasa office work..maiisip mo to..i am guilty of thinking like this sometimes na..."buti pa secu, patayo- tayo lang"..ako isip ng isip sa mga deadlines...kaya lang pag secu...isang bala ka lang tapos ang buhay!!

Hi,

Yes... Be a PMAer then join the Philippine Air Force.

The fact is, the moment you join the PMA as a plebe, you are assured of a monthly salary of 16K a month (that was few years back, i'm not sure about it today). Lahat ng expenses mo libre sagot ng government. So imagine how much your savings will be after 4 or 5 years of studying inside the academy. Plus the other bonuses kasi you are considered a regular government employee so if the President of the Philippines allot certain amount for the government employees as their bonus, kasali kayo.

Then join the air force. The moment you start studying at Fernando Air Base's Philippine Air Force Flying School, you will be given half of what you are earning as an officer as flying pay... So if you're already a 2nd Lt. and you're earning let say 20K a month, plus half would be your monthly income the moment you start your flying lessons. As an officer madaming pwedeng makurakot kung matinik ka pero delikado. So it depends sayo...

Stay in the service for eight years. Swerte if the plane you're flying won't crash... If you survived 8 years in the PAF, then you can resign and go to PAL, Cebupacific or Air Philippines. Get a starting salary of 50K a month plus benifits. Ok na din... After several years, apply ka sa Emirates, Saudia, Qatar Airways or Etihad and earn as much as $8K a month.

Kahit petiks ka for the rest of your Air Force career bunuin mo na lang yung 8 years mo then labas ka na.... ayos!!!

Well, if you have the money.... mag-aral ka na lang sa PAL Aviation School. ;)
