so how would you answer question like this? "Convince me not to hire you"


or

"Give me reasons not to hire you?"

It's a question to find out your weakness.

Give an answer that will not be detrimental to hiring you. Something like "I tend to think too much about the job and forget about other aspects of my life." Companies love workaholics.

Don't give something like "I sell sensitive materials to the competition."

Halimbawa...

Basta, ang kailangan mo sa ganitong tanong ay: magsabi ka ng totoo, pero WAG MONG SISIRAIN ANG SARILI MO sa pagiging prangka. Binibigyan mo lang ang HR ng magandang rason para di ka tanggapin. :)
