im currently weighing the advantages of working for a small (expanding) company vs a larger (siemens) company.
ok **** basic sa small company though kulang sila sa mga fringe benefits. sa siemens ****, ganda talaga ng compe & benefits.
ano ba sa tingin mas ok? go for the small company, na may malaki chance (daw) for promotion. coz they're actually expanding and adding more accounts. and the people there, hr pati guard, are really nice. npka-accomodating. at since small pa yung company, feeling ko approachable yung kanilang heads. negotiable nga yung salary (though na speechless ako nung job offer na, kaya yun ***). plus, the sched is fixed (graveyard). im currently studying (undergrad) so this is definitely a big plus.
yung siemens naman, i know it's a great company. im not a computer engg student pero experience ko from prev callcenters is on tech support. il be handling the socs acct sa siemens. basta, magandang tech support dept yun. yung sa small company, cust service *** (pero competitive nga **** yung basic nila).
iv actually had my mind set on siemens, pero i would appreciate a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. opinion. ok kaya dito? the people seems great pero im also concerned about career growth and working environment...
