well, ACS is one of them. Call center reps of ACS can wear any type of clothes that they want. But then, the management says that it should be smart casual. Well, depende din nmn un sa account cos there are some accounts na dapat nka business attire ka on mondays. Bawal dw mg sleeveless at mg flipflops. Meron ding accont na "la ***". U can wear whatever u wanna wear.
I think almost all nmn ng call centers walang dress code. It's not really important nmn to wear business attire sa call center eh. Ba't ka nmn mgpopormal-pormalan kung ang work mo eh hatinggabi!!

Meron mga call centers na required ang smart casual kasi meron mga clients na bumibisita. Pero ang worse na nabalitaan ko ay may mga call centers na ina-allow ang cross dressing. Parang na-i-imagine ko na: naka-bestida tapos ang boses ang lalim :rotflmao:

In our generation today, that is not possible anymore. Gays or lesbos are way beyond that. It is not fair for them to be criticized nor discriminated so let them be. :)
