1. What does an AOM do and what are the qualifications (since I'm currently a senior team lead already).
2. Where is the office located?

An AOM is basically going to handling all aspects of the organization not just production. From admin,HR, marketing,facilities,operations, the AOM will be involved in one way shape or form. Sort of like being a project manager w/on the company or a management trainee.

We are located at the 16th floor of One San Miguel Ave Bldg, San Miguel Ave cor Shaw Blvd.
