Wow! I didn't know it was that bad. I applied when it was first being conceptualized and was interviewed by Che Marco and Tommy Ng. I even resigned to join pero parang may mali so i didn't continue after the first few interviews. Thanks for the info- at least I know i made the right decision.

I'm glad you didn't fall for their false promises that "this company is not a call center" and "we value our employees, that's why we do our best to make them stay". All BULLsh*t!!! Not to mention the deductions being deducted... they have no idea how to explain them to employees. HR manager Ms. Jeoff and Ms. Ina are puupets of the "Queen" as well. The only peeps you'll like here are the HR Team, Finance, and Training... the VErification team is ok and so as the Graphics..

I've heard the OE had issues but I won t discuss it here.. I know a lot of things happening still cyempre updated ako....

I love the HR, Finance, OE, Graphics and Verificatios team... well even the collections is ok... OPERATIONS??? well lets just say I expected alot from the ops since I CAME FROM EXCELLENT CENTER PRIOR TO National PEN.... my convergys and peoplesupport background won't even comprehend the tricks of the operations floor of National Pen... Haaay sad...

DISSAPOINTMENTS @ National PEN!
- before what was injected to our brains eh once you hit your quota, pwede ka na log out and do petiks coz your quota na... but then when we hit the floor may minimum number of calls na.. and your forced to take calls again ang again....
- fixed ang station, and pc but well palipat lipat rin kayo ending up to xfer your pc to a diff place...
- pulitika ng higher managers above the sups....
-BASURA NA LEADS!!!!!!!!
-haaay uncapped raw ang commision pero capped pala...
-the more you hit your quota eh the more na tataas... what if 10 years ka na sa pens edi millions na quota mo... lolz (sarcasm)
-magkaka manufacturing company raw... (nasan?)

I believe yung mga galing ng brander eh medyo dissapointed... but you know what sayang ang pens kse nung bago kme.. we felt that this is the company that we would love..

all i can say is SAYANG... if only this company were populated by WELL MANNERED MANAGERS with OUTSTANDING BACKGROUND (education and corporate) this would be a great company...
