new outbound call center which i heard is currently having 60 seats.

I kinda like the office. nice.. (well, just the reception area.. didnt see the floor itself.) seems to have a nice boss as she was the one doing the 30-45 minutes interview.

there was one thing that i didn't like in her though.. she had an inappropriate move in front of all her applicants. as in just applicants.. not yet her employees...

and it was a minus for someone even if you're the boss or not..

but i still believe in " don't judge the book by it's cover" , ayt?!

or 12k ang basic at naging 14k lang kasi plus MA/TA allowances??

wala ka pa rin napapasukan na call center freshbabe?! naghahanap ka parin ba? walang perpekto na company. e kung nagapply ka na malay natin meron ka na work kesa andito nagtatanong tungkol sa company. outbound ba talaga hanap mo? o naghahanap ka ng madali trabaho? nagtatanong lang po?

i applied in this company, :D
to be honest: TURN-OFF yung facilities ng office... :(
OKAY NAMAN HR PEEPS.. :)
(very accomodating/ friendly)

in fairness 1 day process siya...*okay*

so far FACILITIES lang talaga... (thumbs down)
kung 18flr. lang din lang ang (training facility plus production)
MASIKIP.... MALIIT.... :p sobraaaa.............

ONLINE EXAM was EASY... (thumbs up) *okay*

ASCEND ASIA : outbound - satellite tv/ health insurance
3week training (for experienced agents)
mid-shift lang ang schedule : 2am
planning to expand on the 21st flr.

maraming BAWAS POINTS sa cc na ito... kaya
i decided to still try other cc companies....

compared sa 24/7 (insular life)
... mas lamang naman sa GANDA ang 24/7 ...
kaya ko naman naikumpara... pareho kasi silang NEW (cc):love:

na katabing bldg. ng ROBINSONS SUMMIT...:D

siyempre may SYKES din sa ROBINSONS SUMMIT...
mas super okay ang facilities ng SYKES... talagang buong floor
occupied nila... uhmmm... yung ASCEND ASIA...
