Any peeps from Alorica?? I need help please..

I would like to apply as a CSR at Alorica, I only reached 2nd year 1st sem. I wasn't able to enroll for the 2nd sem because of financial problems that time. By the year 2000 I had the chance to work for Mcdonalds Mid-East and 2 years later I became an assistant manager. By 2003, Mcdonalds gave me the chance to study in their own learning center (Mcdonalds Training Learning & Dev't. Center in Riyadh). By May 2005, I have successfully completed the Course(Systems Management Course). I came back home the same year. I really want to be a part of Alorica philippines. Any advice??

hmmmm.. ALORICA?? hehehe.. been there for a year and a couple of months.... it's nice being there, d'uh hehehe.. actually this will be a stepping stone (shall we say) for those who are dreaming to be on a CC. Alorica has local and international accounts. So you choose. Local of course, low pay hehe... But heard that other International accounts are moving out, sucks, and they moved in Libis. I you wish to apply you may visit them at 33F Wynsum Corporate Plaza, Emerald Ave, Pasig near Raffles and Strata 200 Building ..

More to say, slow salary increase, more on paper commendation, ahahah, atleast meron ganun, pero what's the use of these commendations w/out an increase, darn. Lot of people resigns after gaining experience. If you'll stay, you'll benefit from it. Since you senior (in term) you'll get promoted or you're in the list once there is harharhar..

You will undergo 2 series of interviews, which usually call centers do. Initial and final. Yon lang, after that, once you're in, trainig na.

Their pilot account is Globe Telecom, so this would be very easy for those who are not confident enoufgh about their communication skills.

They also handle several international account (e.g. gateway) but i heard that it is being pulled out.

Yup, salary (in both local and int'l accounts) is not that high.Not to mention a lot of irregularities in their accounting department.

o yeah, they are accepting undergrads.. so to those who are really dreaming on a call center, you should apply here. ahaha.. this will be a stepping stone as i've said .... sobrang toxic nga lang dito.. daming tawag, heck!!!

yes ekcoe is right, daming irregularities here, no wonder why bunch of agents resigns from time to time.. shall i say bunch? hehehe, or a couple of agents nalang..

Joshako...nag try ako once sa people support tapos noong phone screening they're inviting me for an exam, then i brought up yung issue na 2nd tear 1st lang ang nakumpleto ko sa pinas..naka hold tuloy ang application ko..na-inspire lang ako sa Alorica last jan. 7 issue ng classified ads yung isa sa mga success stories nila na...He was just driving a taxi for a living because of Alorica He's now Driving team of agents to success...diba!!??

^^^^ hmmmm i dunno bout people that much, pero why don't u try other one? like Convergyz... If u'r really interested sa Alorica, u should visit them ASAP.. bring ur resume with u and then pass it to the Receptionist.. try ur luck then..

alorica? actually diyan ako nagsimula.. lolz.. magulo management and sweldo yun lang.. pero okay mga tao.. saka daming issue kaya d ka mabobored..
