hi peeps!
do you know any training provider that offers call center training? is there a call center that offers training to an outsider (not their employee)?
thanks a lot for your feedback.

go buy manila bulletin and you will find several training centers offering 'call center training' for 2-3K fee. hope that helps. :)
well, for a starter, you may want to buy an 'american accent training cd' for only P100 from me. ;) it's the same training material widely-used by different call centers, like convergys. just pm me if you are interested. :) ;)

Try taking classes at SPEECHPOWER. Yup, they finally have training programs tailor-fit for call center positions. :)

Sorry and I don't mean to discredit your offer but since I recruit for Convergys, may I just suggest that you not focus too much on having an American accent as much as you should just make sure you can speak clear, cohesive and straight english and that you can express your thoughts clearly.
American accents are for americans. We are filipinos and we can speak just as good english without having to sound like them.
