Anyone here knows go_black_gold? He sold me a Nokia 6280, it's locked to Globe and now it's already blocked and I can't use it anymore. :( Talked to some technicians and they told me that for now there is no known fix for this phone. :mecry: Probably this phone was reported lost or stolen, or the owner of the phone got this from a post-paid plan and is not paying his/her dues. I managed to get in contact with him yesterday through txt. He agreed to meet me today and accompany me to his friend technician. And he promised that if it can't be fixed he will give me a full refund. But last night when I tried to call him, his number can't be reached anymore. :angry: I'm still trying to contact him now, still hoping that he will keep his words. :( It took me one whole semester to buy a phone and it will probably take me one whole semester again to have enough money to buy a new phone if he don't show up. :( So if anyone can help me please post here.

3. magpapadala diumano ng tracking number ng LBC etc para kunwari ay i-assure na on the way na ang delivery.


4. magpapalit na ng sim at username sa tipid pc para makapanloko ulet.

pero may mga impormasyon akong nakuha na pwedeng maglead kay kolokoy.

una:

nag-eexist ang account na JOVELYN TAGULAO na may account number na 583-513093-4.

ang 583 ay code ng PNB ng kanilang branch at ang 583 ay code na nakadesignate sa MAIN BRANCH NG PNB sa DiosdadoMacapagal Blvd. or Avenue.pero wala na itong maintaning balance according kay Ms. Analyn Pecate ang Head ng Sales Service Head ng PNB na makokontak sa number na 526-31-31 local 2045 at email na mainbranchssh@pnb.com.ph

may paper trail ang bank transactions na ito. ang account ay binuksan sa Main Branch at anywhere na may PNB ATM ay pwedeng iwithdraw.

mga dapat gawin:

1. mag email or file ng complaint sa PNB Main Branch

2. iblotter sa NBI Section - for blacklisting at hindi makakuha ng NBI Clearance

3. kung OFW ito pati sa POEA ay pwedeng mag send ng complaint re" tao na ito.

4. magiimbistiga ang PNB sa ganitong maanomalyang paggamit ng kanilang name at dahil may paper trail, sabi nga ni michael v "yari ka!"

5. hindi na tayo after na mabawi ang mga perang nanakaw ni lupinsell pero pahirapan naman natin sya kahit papano dahil ang pangalang JOVELYN TAGULAO ang magdadala ng burden sa kalokohan ni lupinsell.

6. taga bayambang pangasinan akoat dahil kababayan ko itong si jovelyn tagulao, wait and see ka na lang sa bahay mo lupinsell.


higit sa lahat may magagwa ang mga na-scam ni lupinsell, mukhang maraming account si kolokoy at kung maraming magcomplaint sa mga names na binigay nya eh di ganun din ang process,ireport din itosa mga agency na concerned.

Pips, i've been flooding various forums with JABAWOOKIES because i don't want them to get scammed by this GUY!

I bought an IPOD from this guy and paid thru gcash. He told me, he will end the listing. But i noticed, hindi nya pa inend so i asked him. According to him, hindi pa sya nakakapagonline. After a day or 2, he ended the bidding right after another person bidded for the same item which means i got outbidded! He gave me the tracking no. but when i checked it with air21, they said it does not manifest in their system up to this day. Stupid me for trusting so much.

Anyway, this guy has a tactic *** dumami yun ratings nya. He called buyers/sellers, telling them na siya yun previous seller/buyer nila but his account got suspended so they want them to help him build his feedback ratings again. :grrr:
