Hi folks! Im just want to ask, I just gained 3 semesters from college, is there a call center that I can apply? I've talked to a Convergys HRD and he told me that I have to finish at least 4 semesters so I'm not qualifed there. Is there any company that you guys know where I can apply??? I would really appreciate your comments and suggestions, thanks in advance.:)

don't get me wrong but other than waiting for someone to respond, try spending more time reading other subforums...

it might consume some of your time, but its worth reading... you'll not only learn a lot of best practices but u'll also gain a background of each call center available on this forum

Is there a website for ICT? I would like to know more about the co. before attempting to apply. Since I've been a member of pinoy exchange for less than a month I guess, I've red some of the forums. I'll try to read more everytime I have the chance. Thank's for the tip by the way. I will really appreciate if you can provide me more tips and info's. :D
