If your call handling time requirement is 2 minutes, once you have him on the phone, for sure you'll fail.

i know sean tan. maraming kaming agents na napahamak dahil sa kanya.

I was a QA before in one of their outsources. I dinged an agent for sharing load to sean tan while on call.

Sia lang ang laman ng database namen palage.

The said thing is, Sean Tan's calls involve valid concerns some of the times,if not most.

However, he hates waiting and being put on hold, so if you have the chance to do so (and make sure that you really need to ), put him on hold , you're lucky, he'll put down the phone.

Try to open up his records and you'll see, and one more be sure that you love reading novels caused it's like one.

i work b4 sa globe..once ko *** naencounter tong bading na sean tan n2 actually ** mismo ngdrop ng col..,pero you know kung *** ang sabi ng taga globe mismo..basta merong valid concern go ka pa din...e *** ginagawa *** ng bading n2 e mangirate at mambwisit ng CSR..huh...kc **** nmn meron valid concern or wala e dun kumikita ang globe kaya ndi mo pwedeng i drop ang col sa mga ganitong klase ng tao...
