24/7..their aussie account.. the call center should be australian owned para day shift but so far, there are only 2 aussie call centers that I know of: acquire and orchid..can't think of others esp in makati.

kashit sang kol center na 24 by 7 ang operation merong dayshift... basta kadikit mo lang bisor mo...kayang kayang palakad yun na permanent kang pang umaga... 8-5 or 9-6 tapos sat sun pa off mo... it's all about pakikisama and what you call pagiging sipsip...

John Clements is looking for day shift CSRs sa SHELL nila. i just finished my exams and interviews eh and i'm just waiting nalang for the sched of my final interview with the client.

tip lang po sa mga gusto mag-apply, mahaba ang process and it will take you the whole day. masmaganda kung pumunta kayo ng rest day para may enerfy. cse pumunta ko around 9am and natapos ako ng mga 4pm. pwede rin magparesched kaso hassle naman un di ba? also magdala kayo ng mga friends para meron kayong kakwentuhan habang naghihintay for the test results.

JOHN CLEMENTS is the only one who's handling the SHELL account and wala ng iba. if you to directly to SHELL ifoforward din nila *** mga resumes sa John Clements. so might as well apply directly nalang di ba? masmadali cse un para sakin eh and pinoprocess ka nila agad for shell. as i've said marami nga lang na exams that you have to go through.

Deutsche Bank is not a call center. it's a finance shared service, meaning, the whole finance group of all the deutsche companies worldwide is centralized here in the philippines. and it depends on what country you will be assigned to if you will get the day shift. good for you if you handle the asia pacific/australian countries. if you're given north america, that's a different story. though, from what i know, they require 10 days only for you to go on night/mid shift (2-11 is the mid shift). the remaining days of the month, you're on regular sched. same is true with the Manial Shared Services of Chevron.

that's 24/7 tenzing. shifting schedule starts from 6:30-8:30AM, and you're not sure to get a saturday sunday off. not sure about the pay though, i'm not from that center. my sister is, though.

the account i'm with is a fixed 9PM onwards schedule during DST and 10PM during ST. days off are saturday and sunday fixed (never changes)
