ePerformax - madali makapasok???

Good day po. Is it true na madali lang daw po makapasok sa ePerformax? they'll just give you something to read then if satisfied daw sila with your pronunciation and accent, proceed to the next step ka na daw that they refer to as DIET training? :wondering:

pasensya na lang po kung newbie po talaga ako kahit sa industry na ito balak ko lang po sana subukan.:mecry:

ndi kadalasan, may exams ka pa na dapat ipasa.. hindi din madali ang mkapasa dito kahit mdali ka magpronounce ng kahit anong salitang banyaga.. kailangan ding may attitude at willingness galing sa isang applicante..

pag magaaply ka sa call center,kahit saan, kailangang marunong kang magpahiwatig in english, ng nais mong sabihin,.

so totoo po talaga na wala ng interview na dadaanan (sa eperformax)? ibig-sabihin ko po ay kung di sila tulad ng ibang CC na interview-->tests(simulations, typing tests, etc...)--> final interview?

meron po.. initial interview, depende kung fone or kung nag walk in ka... then after nun, exam na pang HS kasi madali lang, parang refresher lang ng english subject.. kasama na dun *** typing skills.. tapos final interview.. dun na iccheck *** grammar and pronunciation mo.. may ipapabasa sayo.. then antay ka lang ng mga 30-45 mins malalaman mo na *** result kung pasado ka, at kung babalik ka for training..

tapos nun training na! DIET (diction, intonation, enunciation training) asteeg na training!! masaya sobra! kakamiss *** happy cards!! hehehe


then PST (product specs training) depende sa kung saang acct ka ilalagay..

then A-BAY (academy bay) or battlefield as *** they say.. hehehe.. kasi magtatawag or mag ttake calls ka na nun..

after nun, pag pasado ka na sa ABAY, wala ng probi!! regular agad!!

in span of 5weeks, na regular ako!! may pa cellphone at pa 500 load pa!! taas ng night diff at ok naman *** allowance!!

i have 2 friends in ePer.. pansin lang daw nila na around 18 silang applicants that time, 5 lang sila nakapasa.. and all of them have CC experience na.. they can't say if ePer prefers applicants with CC background, or talagang "performing-well" lang talaga pag may experience ka na..

actually, di naman kagandahan *** unit.. pero the bottom line is, useful tlaga kasi may load na 500 evry month.. tska secondary num mo if ibang network ka. kasi globe g2p un.. so pwede ka mag sun or smart.. *** convenience *** habol ko dun. hehehe

for me it is, kasi parang na realize ko na napaka simpleng kanta, pero lam mo un, kelangan mo xang banggitin ng tama.. kesa naman kantahin mo ng ganito
