not recommended..trust me, I've been there. If you want call centers there in lbibis, try Dell or IBM..at least they're both big com panies..goodluck! :)

buhay pa ba etong call center na ito? did they ever get a business permit? this was a pretty hyped up call center back in '02 when disgruntled agents from infonxx transferred here but like the other mediocre call centers wala din madami nadisappoint na agents and madami din umalis

I was from batch 3 then and way back 2002, their starting pay for agents w/o cc experience was 14k then 16k for seasoned ones. This was kinda generous then.However currently, this salary range is not really considered as "too generous" anymore because there are other call centers w/c offer much higher salaries for an entry level post(agents). Unless, they changed it to 18k above for the latter.

Moreover, well yeah, the concern pointed out on this link was the same while I was still working with them. This was actually a common issue, one of the many issues. Infact, my sss for the whole year of 2003 was not paid 'til they finally did during the last quarter of 2004 since majority of its employees had filed complaints.Imagine, it took that long??!! ..anyway, it feels good to be totally out of this company.period.*okay*

Nakaabot ko pa 16K ang starting pay ko roon since I already has experience when I applied with them.
