Baka madali lang yung account dahil hindi nag-specify ng specific course na graduate yung applicant and notice that the requirement is not necessarily a "call center agent" but rather someone who did customer support.

Yes, main business rivals ang Accenture and IBM if you will study their sources of revenue....pati sa signing bonus nagtapat. hihihihihihihi. Sabi nga nung Indian na taga- Accenture sa akin kaya ng rivals na ito na kumuha ng contract wholesale at i-farm out nila ito sa consulting, technology, BPO and customer support business units.

i have a question to IBS employees : yung CIA position ba talagang contractual eversince or merong CIA position na pwedeng maging regular ang empleyado? damn, who would want a contractual job, right? eh andami-daming BPO's at in house call centers na aabot ang empleyado for regularization?!

FYI Guys!

Yung mga magstastart lang ng wednesday ang mga Fixed term hires.

Yung mga makakasali dito will recieve 15k signing bonus. Ngayon If you guys will perform well you will be endorsed in to a regular full time position.
